Front desk was super helpful. We had just purchased a large kayak and didn't want to leave it unattended. She let us keep it in an unused conference room.
This hotel was in a busy area however off the road from all noises etc., Very clean and good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!
I like to stay here when the weather is bad and I don't want to drive back to Wyoming. I book through Orbitz and both times I've stayed recently the front desk states they are unable to print me a receipt, they state it will be sent to my email from the booking company but I have yet to receive one either time. Is this something that can be remedied through the hotel?

Thin walls made it a little noisy with neighbors that stayed up late. Bathroom fixtures loose, like they were not installed all the way.
There was a guest that was opening back door of the pool for nonguests. The pool area was full of people that were not guests. The front desk attendant came in and did nothing about it.

The location was very nice for my purposes. The staff was very helpful in getting my car out of the snow.
I have to have gluten free so there was nothing I could eat at breakfast.

The free breakfast was minimal at best. I understand times are changing regarding covid-19 but a hot egg and protein sandwich should not be difficult to offer.

The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, my daughter liked that every day they did something extra for waffles.
Elevator was down. Staff didn’t want to help an elderly lady with her luggage up 4 flights and wouldn’t move her room to fourth floor. She was quite frustrated.
