Well I'll keep it short as possible I was at the quality inn for 7 days it was my last week before heading back east to see my son that I hadn't seen in a couple of months. The last day I was there I had a payment issue and was short $30 and was waiting for my money to post. I asked for a later check out pending my money didn't come in right away and was given only until 11:30 ok fine I go into town to see if I can hurry things along with my check and can back to the hotel to inform them of what I was waiting on only to be told I needed to come back pack my things and leave immediately. Now mind you I was a good guest quite clean respectful the entire stay no issues what do ever. I get back to the hotel explain I need like thirty minutes and was told no way I wasn't allowed to stay another night and need to leave asap. I suffer from a TBI and this triggered it completely I had to throw a weeks worth of belongings into my vehicle or face being charged for a half day. After being there for 7 days. I was so upended by the whole ordeal I was disorganized for my future trip and missed my flight and can't register until next weekend. I am disappointed by the lack of compassion at this facility. There was no concern or guest relations what so ever. I felt after a7 night stay I would have recieved better treatment. But that's the mentality here from what I can discern. Buyer beware.
Reliably good on multiple stays.
Staff was fine...probably a little understaffed as are many businesses. Breakfast was disappointing. Waffle maker was a bit janky. Jimmy dean-like sausage croissant's heated in microwave was only hot food outside of waffles/oatmeal. Road noise may make it hard to sleep for some....bring ear plugs.
The rooms were nice and clean, but we rented this hotel for the hot tub, and it left much to be desired. The hot tub was dirty and felt like a warm bath. The pool area also needed a lot of maintenance, and the floor was not clean. Left me feeling very uneasy.
The hotel was really easy to find and located close to food and shopping.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. That is a huge plus for me!
The beds are great. The location is central. The price is fair. When there isn't a pandemic the continental breakfast is good.
The building was very nice, the room very confortable, and the location was great. However, they had virtually no staff to run the place. The hot breakfast was one cooler in the breakfast room with frozen egg/sausage packs, juice, and coffee. Coffee was maintained if you could find an employee. All this was appropriate Covid-19 restrictions but this was a bit primitive for a Choice hotel. in CO.
Beautiful view of irrigation ditch marred by trash. Covid breakfast accommodation is unsatisfactory breakfast. No coffee available in lounge as the advertising states. The staff were very nice to me and my wife.
Staff was super nice. Rooms are what I have come to expect at Quality inn and suites, they did a good job during a tough time with Covid.
Very comfortable room. The staff was friendly. Great location for my visit to Loveland and reasonably priced.
It’s good for its price. The breakfast is simple, and not many choices. The stairway is supposed to be enclosed for fire safety, but for some reason the doors are kept open.
