since my last visit, three hears ago, standards have dropped. Sloppy room doing up and beds still uncomfortable. Food unimaginative. Daily pasta with peppers. In five days we had twice the same two dishes. Although advised that we had people allergic to peppers, no alternatives were supplied. Just plain pasta. Once to avoid doing up a table again, seven people were crammed on a table for six near the stairs. Incidentally the sauna during both lunch and dinner was free.

A great location, approx. 5 minutes walk to the shopping and the church. Our room 616 has a Double and a King size bed for 2 people. The bathroom is large and modern. A great room easy to move around. We don't have a view from this room, NO BIGGIE...!prices at the bar were cheap. We had a meal in the restraunt last night 3 course it was EXCELLENT. We wished we were staying longer. We are on a tour.

The positives are that the room is nicely located and the rooms were fairly clean. The other side of the ledger is that the rooms are really small and the shower was probably no more than 2*2 sf. There was no climate control. If you open the window the noise includes car horns at different times in the night and really loud conversations. We requested double beds but got twins. Summarily, I would look elsewhere if I were to come to Lourdes again.

We stayed at the Hotel Quality Christina during our 3 day visit to Lourdes during the last week of May. The staff at the reception were very courteous and warm. We were given a quadruple room since we were 3 adults and a child and the room was quite comfortable with 2 bathrooms. However on one of the nights the room got too cold. One of the bathroom was clogged, wet the carpets and got a little smelly. The housekeeping folks did a good job of getting it cleaned though. Overall it was a pleasant stay, close to the sanctuaries (10 min walk). The area was quite safe and we could walk back alone after the rosary procession at 10:30pm. The view outside the hotel room was very scenic and we could just stand by the window for hours. The breakfast was good and on the last day they could arrange an early breakfast for us by 6:30am. To summarise - good hotel, courteous staff, good food, convenient location.

We stayed in the hotel which was about 5 blocks from the Lourdes sanctuary site. Restaurants were numerous, but the food in their restaurant was the best that we have eaten on this trip. The hotel owner/manager and his wife made their rounds during our meal to welcome us and get feedback on our dinner. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. My elderly traveling companion had the misfortune to fall and break a leg. Since we were on a tour and I was not with my friend at the time of the accident, the tour guide talked to the hotel owner about this situation. The hotel owner drove us to the hospital in his personal car and then to the pharmacy afterwards and waited while someone came to open the pharmacy to get medication since this was not dispensed at the hospital. He returned us to the hotel and then made sure that we were served our dinner afterwards. I give him 5 stars for taking his time to do all of this for us, otherwise we would have had to take several taxis to get my friend help. Thank you sir!

Very busy hotel in a most excellent location. All our needs were met in this hotel and the location could not have been better....less than 5 minutes walk and you are in the center of this holy site. Dining facilities were comfortable....breakfast buffet is available. Smallish elevators are very slow and inadequate for the size of the hotel. Room was clean and simply furnished, meeting our needs.

Yuck. Shower is postage stamp sized. Just see through curtains. Like being in an ibis but smaller and not cool. Far end of town and streets always crowded. Had to use streets not sidewalks to get around. Park your car in a dodgy underground off site. Don't stay here.

We spent 5 days in this hotel. Room was dirty and noisy. We could hear others taking showers and flushing the WC. Food was horrible, majority was junk food. It was only once in 5 days that the main meal was acceptable. The chef seemed to have run out of ideas as we were given 5 times pasta with same sauce. The soup was disgusting and not tasteful at all. The front steps and the split levels on each floor are a disadvantage because you are to carry the luggage. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The room is quite small for two people but comfortable and clean. I had a spectacular view from the seventh floor overlooking the river. The food was good and abundant. I liked the fact that the owners of the hotel were present and talked to the guests. I really appreciated their personal interest to check whether everything was fine. Well done. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We stayed in this hotel for an overnight stop on our way to Andorra. Very nice hospitable hotel. Rooms clean and tidy, food basic but very nice. ALl staff were very friendly. Would stay again if in the area.
