Large laundry room and very close to my job. Vending machine is rarely stocked.

The employees were very nice, friendly & helpful. For smokers there is a nice covered area out back which I thought was very thoughtful that the hotel would provide that. So many places are non-smoking anymore which is fine but there's always that awkwardness when an outdoor ashtray isn't provided. So to have a smoking area for smokers was such a nice touch. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location felt safe. I gave it 5 stars for what it is, being an extended stay.

The staff was warm and helpful after a very long day of travel. The front desk worker suggested where to grab good beer locally. She was very friendly to my dog, too. Unfortunately, I had some extremely loud neighbors. This happened throughout the night, and I had to call the front desk. Apparently whatever the desk worker said, worked. Throughout the night, I guess the neighbors had found out who made the complaint, because they kept knocking on my door. It was really obnoxious. Again, I called the front desk and they dealt with the situation. As a single girl traveling alone, I just didn't feel very safe in the hotel because of this experience.

Had to make a quick trip and it was a very pleasant stay!

very nice and clean... only weekly service to room.. has complimentary coffee in office... would have purchased additional supplies to at least make coffee in the room. one day supply ... no room explanation.... wifi shut down midnight

The hotel is nice and is clean but our room was extremely hot and the ac was not helping. The bed was not comfortable at all. For the price I was expecting more.

My daughter as I enjoyed the time we spent in the hotel and the surrounding had good shopping...

The only thing that they don't offer is breakfast. It's located close to Louisville and easy to find.

The lock-box was helpful since I could not arrive until late. The hotel was a little difficult to find since it was a couple streets of the Lewis and Clark Pkwy. But the price was much appreciated. And you are close to a lot of great shopping. Louisville attractions are a short drive away. The exercise room is nice. This is a great place to stay if you don't care about a pool or breakfast. You can bring your own food and enjoy the kitchen, saving bucks. I would gladly return for a longer stay.

I was only here for two nights, no major complaints despite this is generally a place made for much longer stays. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but it's bearable. The kitchenette was a nice feature and the hotel has a good proximity to almost anything one would require.

The extras..full size fridge, microwave and stove were very nice

Our 3 night stay at Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Clarksville couldn't have been more enjoyable. Our room was very clean, our bed was comfortable, and our kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed: a pot, a pan, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, a cutting board, and cooking utensils. Having a kitchenette in our hotel was a plus as it saved us money by not eating out for every meal. The hotel is only 6 miles away from downtown Louisville, which makes it a very short and easy commute. The hotel only offers weekly housekeeping, which we were okay with. If we ever come back to the Louisville area, we will definitely be returning to this hotel!

Stayed two nights for a business trip. Nice rooms with full kitchenette. Everything seemed clean. Only has maid service once a week unless you pay extra. Probably better for longer stayovers. No breakfast or pool. Nice exercise room and laundry room though.Pretty good for price but I would prefer to pay a little more and stay somewhere with more emenities and daily maid service next time. Great location though. Lots of shopping and resturants nearby if thats what your looking for.

large rooms, very comfortable and clean

After spending several hours searching the internet looking for a decent, clean hotel w/ a kitchenette, within our budget, we ran across Suburban Extended Stay & chose it based on the reviews.Although the rooms were a bit small, we were out all day which made it bearable. We did enjoy the fact that it was fairly new, absolutely clean, had updated decor, helpful and friendly staff and a hop, skip & a jump to Louisville. Would recommend & stay there again!

Good price for a brand new hotel. Very clean and came with fridge, micro, iron, etc...

Went to Kentucky Derby.....was the most reasonably priced hotel. Only 2 exits away from downtown. Brand new. Nice Staff. Near plenty of restaurants. Great option for Louisville! And they let us check in early to change for Derby at 12:30 pm....plus check out is 3 pm ....awesome!

The hotel is quite new so everything was in great shape. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed very much
