This place does everything right. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and quiet. Could not have asked for a better four night stay. The price was very good also. The hot breakfast every morning was a treat. Don't hesitate to stay here.
Donna did a fabulous job keeping everything stocked, especially the coffee. Our bus had over 50 people, and there was another bus staying. Lots of choices for a free continental breakfast. She was very friendly and extremely accomodating! Had a smile on her face and was asking what she/or the hotel could do to improve the breakfast.
It started with a phone call. Charles answer the phone very pleasant. Answer my questions and told me he would hold the room for me. It was Veterans Day we had just been told by another hotel that we would be charged for my service animal. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the building. After a quick dip in the pool. We went back to our room. Got a great night sleep. The next morning we went to our breakfast. Are Hostess there Donna greeted us with a smile and even ask us about our service dog. They had made a bad situation from the last Hotel just disappear. It will be where we stay from now on on our visits to Louisville
We Stopped here while on Bourbon tour. We had a Clean room, the free breakfast was good. The Business internet was not working in the business center. Lots of food nearby. New Panera bread just opened. Got nothing more
Sherry, Dawn & Kim were very friendly and accommodating please continue to hire such wonderful staff members. I travel often for business and it makes a world of difference when the staff is warm and friendly.

Had such an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Visiting family in the area and found this to be a great central location. The two queen bed suite was perfect for us. Staff was super nice and helpful, room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, the heated indoor pool was very enjoyable and the breakfast served was awesome. Donna Graham was the hotel dining room person and she did an incredible job. There were several large school band groups at the hotel during two days of our stay and she managed to keep the food well stocked with such a large crowd eating in. Spoke with the Assistand General Manager, Sherry Robison and let her know what a great staff of people she had on hand to make our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely be returning to this hotel next summer!
Everything about it was great friendly staff great bed clean rooms nice showers the breakfast was awesome I can't think of any negative thing about the place it's close to Louisville bourbon trail great location I would stay there again
My wife and I are in our 80's. We came to Louisville for medical help. This is our second stay at this Sleep Inn. I've read many other glowing reviews of this Inn and my experience matches or exceeds their stories. The staff here is really engaged with the clients and goes well beyond reasonable expectations. The housekeeping staff is extraordinary. We descended on the Sleep Inn at an awkward time with my wife days out of a major surgery. When I brought in the luggage, medical related paraphernalia, etc, I found not one person cleaning a room vacated minutes before, but three people doing their best to accommodate my needs for shelter. When I brought my wife to the hotel an hour later, there was a note from the head housekeeper expressing concern and caring for my wife with an offer to do anything she could to assist my wife. On our last visit here, the staff was extra special and this time, they've exceeded that. If I describe the hotel, it's above average clean, up to date, and well maintained. But, the caliber of the staff really stands out.
We had a big day of travelling and wanted to stop in this town. We were more than impressed with value for money at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was free and so was wifi although there was a technical issue with wifi so we lost it overnight. The room was tidy and spacious.
