I usually do not fill out these surveys. Stayed last weekend Sat&Sun. The room was dirty and housekeeping did not even bother cleaning room that I left for the day at 9 a.m.

Mid level hotel near expo center. First floor smells like chlorine (pool), so staff moved me to third floor which was fine.

Came in late at night an had a fast check-in to get to my room, sleep in a comfy bed. Had breakfast in the morning and got right back on the road! Super!

The hotel looked a little tired but was very clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. One suggestion would be to light up their sign like the other nearby hotels.

A musty smell was coming from the air conditioning unit. Either that or someone was smoking in the room before my visit.

Good experience for the cost. The hotel met our needs and provided great customer service

It was the only hotel available. It was expensive, the room smelled mouldy and the amenities were lacking. After just 1 night, when I got home, I had to clean all my clothes...even the ones I didn't wear because they reeked of the mouldy hotel room. Never again!

It was a rest stop for us on a 12 hour plus drive. So we spent less than a day in the room. It was clean and quiet. I found an empty shampoo bottle on the ledge of the shower? TV channels were a little odd. The area was somewhat industrial which we did not see until morning. Also one of the columns in front was busted. Odd too.

Room was clean, window sill just had some repair but needed paint, didn't bother how I slept though. Tried calling the front desk 3 separate times fore the wifi password never got through until the next morning. Overall it was average, hotel was nice service could use a little attention.

140 a night for a hotel that old, Showing its age room was nice. Heated pool advertised was a cold heated pool

The outside of the hotel looked iffy as we were driving up, but the inside was nice. Our room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. The pool needed the front desk worker to unlock the door for you, which was a little bit of a nuisance but not bad. Getting out of the hotel wasn't so easy though if you needed to turn left. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Stayed in this hotel about 2 years ago, chose it again after pleasant stay last time. Hotel clerk was very nice at check in. After getting into our room heard a noise in the Bathroom, like water dripping, it was in the overhead vent in the ceiling. Didn't bother us that much so did not complain or mention it. Got a good nights sleep, went down to the Lobby and enjoyed a good breakfast, good variety of items. Overall a Good stay. When we got home, my wife was getting our clothes out of our bag to wash and out came a large Roach, she managed to get it outside and kill it before it got away. Definitely came from the hotel room, YUK! Can happen just about anywhere, but, will have to study on whether we will stay there again in the future.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly. The location is excellent and for the money it was a great choice

Needs a bit more variety for continental breakfast but this would be the only small complaint I have. Aside from the great rates, it is the staff at the hotel from checkin to housekeeping that keeps this hotel with such a good rating

The staff was polite & helpful. The bed spreads were gross, but the sheets were clean. The TV's are old and need to be replaced with flatscreens. Also, despite having free wi-fi in the rooms, it would be helpful to be given the password at check-in.

Found everything to be what I expected, nothing fancy.

The hotel is situated within a couple of miles of the airport, making it very easy to get to the airport. Nothing fancy, but clean and provided the essentials.

My room smelled so strongly of mold that I was concerned about the healthfulness of staying there for one night. It was probably the worst of any hotel I've stayed in globally. The hotel was loud, full of children, dark, without charm. The price was very low but for $20 more per night I should have stayed at one of the other very nearby hotels that looked to be much nicer and newer, and had attached eating establishments.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was affordable. All the comforts of home was provided. The only negative is the common areas (hallways, lobby) were hot.

Hotel in a good location with a great staff and nice amenities. Indoor pool was great for January, though you did have to find someone to unlock the door for you. Breakfast was great. Easy access to I-264 and I-65 made it a great location.
