Great staff and convenient to my destination.
The hotel is in a congested industrial area, so it is not scenic. But there are plenty of decent restaurants and shopping close by and it's reasonably convenient to most parts of East Louisville. The lobby and common areas are beautiful.
I did like that the bar/restaurant is closed on Sunday. No room service after 5 days even after asking for it. Had to get soap, toilet paper, cups and coffee from the front desk. At $130 a night I was expected more than that. Will think twice before staying there again.
No room servicing. Beds, linen towels etc. did not get serviced once.

Asked for an updated room in advance. If this was an updated room watch out. Decor and furniture is evidently very worn. The bathroom was in bad shape. Cracked tiles everywhere in bathroom, caulking separation, and the drywall behind the toilet had been cut out and then put back in without patching. Carpet had creased and bubbled in several places. Bed was clean and very comfortable, but truthfully the only redeeming quality of the stay. I routinely stay at Marriott properties when I travel for the expectation of standards in quality. This particular property did not hit that mark. I’ve stayed in lower star Courtyard or even Fairfield Inn properties recently that were much nicer in terms of room quality and cleanliness. This place needs a major renovation and simply needs to do better for a flagship property.
Clean facility. Should have been a breakfast included, even if it was cold packaged food, & juice.
Has very pleasant stay there would recommend friends and family to consider if and when be in Kentucky
The staff here treat you more like their favorite family guests than they do like customers. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with smiles and friendly condolences. The bellhop was respectfully playful with my children despite us not using his services, Alise ( pardon if I butchered her name) at the registration desk , was beyond helpful EVEN after my father accidentally interrupted her while she was assisting another guest. When we had special questions about the rooms available, she went above her call of duty to find out the answers. Actually, even as she was giving us helpful ways to get to our rooms, the head custodial employee waived to us ( I regret forgetting his name because she politely mentioned it) from the second floor balcony that was elegantly designed with geometrically natural elements. Everything was clean and had a refreshingly open-feel. Our stay was so enjoyable, we decided to extend our stay an additional night rather than moving on and will definitely use this property as our official go-to while traveling to this area in the future. We were HIGHLY impressed and would HIGHLY recommend this property for business, a romantic get away or a family vacation. it was very versatile.
I took an impromptu trip to Louisville for the weekend, and this was the perfect place to stay. It was close enough to everything, but also tucked away so you could escape the hustle and bustle. It was clean, quiet, and the food was tasty. I would definitely recommend.
