Front desk staff was incredibly kind. The room is not very clean and smelled stale

When I booked the reservation it said, $35 pet fee per stay. I was ok with that. When I checked in, I was told $35 pet stay for the FIRST NIGHT, then $10 each additional night IN CASH!!!. I had no choice, was in town for a large dog show and most rooms accepting pets were already booked. Really CASH? I can only wonder if the hotel owner was pocketing the money and not reporting it. The "continental breakfast" consisted of day old donuts that were hard (at least Thurs & Fri morning) and coffee and cereal. The milk was in a container that was not kept cold (concealed ice in tube was melted). I was put in a smoke free room that smelled of stale smoke. The housekeeper was sweet on Fri and brought up an ionizer that got most of the smell out of the room. Do people who smoke in the rooms get charged a deep cleaning fee? I sure hope so. This room needed it. The beds were great. The bathroom was roomy and well lit. I didn't spend much time in the room so it was ok.

I booked this hotel because it was suppose to be pet friendly. I showed up and they had a sign saying no pets. The clerk told me I couldn't have my dog. I had to book another hotel Friday night at 8pm that would allow a dog. I am still waiting for my refund because the manager was not available that night or the next day. When I was waiting, a lady saw my dog and said she was able to check in with her two dogs but required a 100 cash deposit for her two dogs. There is no clear standard at this hotel.

I wrote last year but my opinion does not change. This is an airport hotel for which what do you require? For that, this hotel provide best services. This is not luxury hotel, long stay vacation hotel and resort hotel. We are always fully satisfied. Recently renovated rooms are very clean and comfortable. Employees are very kind and helpful. Closest to airport and bus starts immediately upon request.

the room smelled terrible (stale cigarette smoke) and left a bad smell on all our clothing in our luggage.

One ice machine for the entire building. Never no ice Hotel charged me twice for my stay.

Bad experience, not recommend , not come back,. Noisy air-conditioning, small room , bad breakfast,

Nice area to walk dogs adjacent to hotel property. Parking lot very small Some folks had to park on the side street. Breakfast is only cereal, donuts & coffee. Side door didn't respond to key card so had to keep going around to the front to get in - MAJOR pain in the backside. Only one dolly for hauling stuff in. However there was an elevator and that was a MAJOR PLUS. Remote for the TV didn't work after the 2nd night and I had to go down to the front desk for new batteries which didn't fix the problem. They never sent up a new remote. Since we were busy during the day & only slept there it wasn't a bad hotel. Would stay there again

Very accommodating. Shuttle service to the airport and car parking while gone.

Living in the town, 45 miles from Louisville airport, we often see accidents on I-65 and in the worst case, we may miss flight. The best option is stay there and relax night before departure after dining out. This is our second stay. No more early morning drive, no other facility. We don't require gorgeous hotel for 10-12 hour stay.

The Hojo was ok and they had all the amneties except a fridge no microwave is no big deal but if i'm gonna stay more than 2 nights i expect a fridge. breakfast should have been replenished better than it was . i have no plans to stay at any more Hojo's in the future

Worn out hotel. Minimal breakfast choices--pastries and dry cereal. Weak coffee. Good location near airport. $ too much for the cigarette-burn on the old bedspread, dated carpeting, bad patch job in bathroom. But good tv, wireless, and air conditioner. Quiet.

what I can say is that for my experience with the hotel it was really good for one night stay 'cause I was there for the youth camp and it was amazing that i could meet some of our campers there too but the only negative thing i had was just about the cigarette smell but I'm not sure if we didn't picked the right one

I can't believe I have to enter 50 characters! met expectations. met expectations. met expectations. met expectations. met expectations. met expectations. met expectations.

It was quite perfect for what I needed. My daughter and grandbaby would have liked a little bit more, like a pool.

Decent stay but tried to up charge me the following week

It Was Greatttttttttt,,,, we had a early FLIGHT out an the STAFF was GREAT!!! the LOCATION great for early flights ! we stay here each time the family comes to Louisville the rooms are great everything about this hotel is the best for our family we would not stay anywhere else Thank You very much for making our HOLIDAYS BETTER!!!!!

There was a sign that said "If your room is not acceptable, tell us immediately and we will move you or give you a refund". I should have taken this more seriously. There are many other hotels in this area, choose one of them.

Could have been cleaner. For staying almost a week no clean sheets. Towels were very thin.
