GREAT PLACE TO STAY
Everything was great.
The shuttle service was wonderful and the driver (Ed?) was terrific! The front desk people Tina, Jessica, etc. were all wonderful- helpful, kind and attentive. Really, the people working there make the place very good. Also the shuttle transportation is such a nice touch
It is a typical Hampton inn, just a lot older and more worn than most. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and good. I would stay there again.
Room was clean and had plenty of storage and the bathroom vanity had great room on top and storage below. Told the manager NOT to renovate. The room was great as is. Would stay there again.

It was very clean. Online it said they still offered a hot breakfast but they didn’t. It was a muffin water and orange so that was a little disappointing. Overall the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

I've been at this hotel twice and my experiences are good. I will say that this time I was given a room that had a slight smell though. However, everything else was perfect.
The hallway on the third floor had debris and string on the carpet the entire time we were guests. The vacuum cleaner was never run in that hallway! A rubber glove was on the floor in the hallway for at least 36 hours! The room was very comfortable with EXCELLENT bed linens. The shower bench in my accessible room collapsed while I was using it! Not injured, but very frightening. The daily included breakfast was absolutely excellent. Y
Room was clean, staff were great, free shuttle 24 hours a day. No need for car rental if your going to an event at the Freedom Hall expo center. Shuttle will even take you to restaurants close by. Free amazing hot breakfast. Stayed 4 nights. My wife, baby, and I stayed for a leadership convention.
