Check out the hotel it was worth the stay

I genuinely don't know how this place is still allowed to operate. Board of health would shut this place down same day with 1 inspection. My room was disgusting and clearly wasn't cleaned. The vent and ceiling area had mold and dust, hairs in the bathtub, garbage in the ac vent and stains on the ground. The breakfast is watered down pancake and waffle mix and DO NOT DRINK the OJ or Apple juice.. the machine was nat infested, they never clean it. On top of that the gym is not functional so I couldn't even workout on top of being pissed off. Oh also I called Orbitz about the issue and they did nothing, said the manager would contact me which they never did. Save your time money and hygiene book anywhere else, but far from this place.

I didnt like that the first 2 rooms had no heat & the 3rd room they placed us in was dirty with noticeable roaches on floor. Staff issued reimbursement which was immediately accepted. I will never ever return nor recommend. I expect their reimbursement to be honored by orbitz as well despite your refund policy!!

Room wasn't vacuumed so there were fingernail clippings on the floor, room smelled awful, burn holes in bed spread, counter sticky with crusted food and who knows what else on, stained sheets. Didn't even check bathroom as we checked out five minutes after checking in. Staff didn't even ask why we were leaving. Positive side was very easy to get a refund from facility. Guessing this happens often.

Pros - Quick and easy check-in, bed was good, breakfast had a good selection, fridge in room was large and worked well. Cons - Front desk attendant said she "thinks" the fitness center is still closed for Covid. Would have been nice to know that before booking. There was no desk or table, just a dresser and night stand. Both of these and the floor were sticky. Curtains did not full cover the window so lots of light came in, shower was very hot and did not get cooler. Turning dial only changed water pressure, not temperature. Chairs were stained, had holes, and were smelly. My do-not-disturb sign blew away, I asked for a new one, was told it would be delivered, but it never was. Upstairs neighbor played loud music early in the morning.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, had a cigarette butt on the floor and cigarette burns in the bedding. Facility was very run down, breakfast area was filthy.

I changed the rooms two times, first the was smelling smoking, second the heat isn’t working. On my third room the heat was working at the beginning around midnight the chill woke me up and found that heat is blowing air no heat until morning 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This was my first time booking a trip through Orbitz. Our flights were great and had no issues with that. On the other hand......the hotel, Days Inn, was absolutely horrendous. As soon as we entered the main area to “check in”, we knew it was not a good place. It was subpar and just worn out looking to say the least. With multiple brown paper bags lined up for “snacks for the guests”. That was just so trashy looking to start with. So we went up to our room and before we even opened the nasty, paint chipped door, we knew it wasn’t hoing to be good. The room was absolutely awful. Legit freezing cold, the a/c was on for whatever reason, it was 40 degrees outside and 40 in that dang room! There was a nasty cigar wrapper on the floor, the pipes under the sink in the bathroom were the first thing you saw when you walked in the door of the room itself and must have constant leaking issues because the wall was all rust stained and running down the wall!!!!! Horrible. Oh and there was a plastic bag, yes a plastic bag tied around covering the smoke detector!!!! We we just appalled by these conditions and a housekeeper even walked right in while we were in there trying to figure out how to get the heck out of there and book a different hotel on such short notice. We never even took our coats off. I was about in tears because we traveled to KY from NY and were just ready to relax after a long travel day and this wicked place just ruined so much. Never again!!
