comfortable, great staff


Pros: Attentive, pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Clean and quiet despite proximity to the road. Nice toiletries. Decent complimentary breakfast with good selection including fresh waffles, cheeses, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits, cereals, etc. in a nice large seating area. Ample parking despite a large area cordoned off due to some ongoing construction. The "regular" price of rooms was too high but we paid a lot less (touching 3 figures) at their (apparently typically offered) discounted price. The furniture and furnishings were nice though they and the place had a dated feel. They readily provided a crib for our daughter's toddler (they also stayed here) and were gracious about extending our check out time (which is 12 noon, better than the 11 am in some other hotels). Overall, we had a great stay.

they gave our room to someone else

Stains on bathroom wall More stains Cracks in ceiling Dirt? Mold?

Everything was horrible. Dirty, stained walls. Cracked crumbling ceiling, air conditioner didn't work. No fridge or microwave. Coffee maker was missing pieces and didn't work. They gave our room to someone else while we were sleeping in it during our first night of a 2 night stay, pool isn't heated... I can go on and on. Terrible neighborhood. It's awful. Do not waste your money.

lamps did not work. clock alarm could not be shut off. Hotel double charged me.
