It was a relaxing stay. I was afraid the room would be noisy because it was next to an exterior exit of the building. However once people settled in for the night it was very quiet.

Great night. Sleep great. Showers are wonderful. Impressed with the hotel room.

The only disappointment was that the toilet in our room was plugged. It was taken care of soon after we reported it.

Overall the room was fine. the bathroom was pretty small and the shower didnt drain very quickly but other than that the room was decent. the only issue i have is they put 150 dollar hold on your account for up to 7 days and if you paid cash you are required to pay an extra 150 in cash as a deposit...i had already booked online or i would have rented a different room. no one wants to not get there money back for a week.

came into a 55 degree room with air conditioning going full blast. towel bar fell off wall in bath room, towel hook in door was not attached to door. room smelled a bit musty. while I am not handicapped, this room was supposed to be. I would be hard pressed to see some one in a wheel chair get into bath tub. If they are going to advertise it as a handicapped room, should have a roll in shower.

I was disappointed with the workout room. And I found a bed bed the morning after I stayed there.

This is a very nice, super clean hotel. We stayed only one night but it was enough to experience the spirit of hospitality. The Staff at the front desk was very helpful providing us with a lot of info about nearby restaurants and places. The bed was very nice, it made me feel like in the clouds. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is close to freeway and down the street is plenty of stores and restaurants. Not a fancy hotel but clean and beds comfortable. They do have a refrigerator and micro wave in room which is very nice.

If you are under 5 ft you would fit well in this room.

The hotel was nice. It was very clean with a friendly staff. They were having some trouble with the elevator, but other than that was a nice stay! The cookies were delicious!!

Went to see family. Hotel centrally located to family, shopping, restaurants. Hotel staff at your service, polite and helpful. Outside pool clean with easy access to patrons. Breakfast cafe has plenty to choose from.

No it did not elevator went out and we were on the third floor never again bathroom are like small broom closet never again

Was a nice hotel for a very good price. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was one of the better one's I have had. They had a waffle maker so the guests could make their own fresh waffles. Thought this was an interesting perk.

Continental breakfast was crowded. No readily accessible outlets to charge electronics. Room was clean. Bathroom counter very small.

Nice hotel for the price. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and they had trouble shutting it off. The sound was ear-piercing in the room so we checked out much earlier than anticipated. The staff was very nice and apologetic.

This hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and it is in a good location. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed it.

Nice place if your just looking for the basics at a good price.

We corrected the slow drain issue as it was reported to us during your two night stay with us. We follow the standard industry practice like many other hotels and car rental companies , who authorize the card for additional incidentals. All policies are clearly listed on all travel agent websites and acknowledged by all guests when final booking is made.

room needed repair. towel bar fell off wall

came into a 55 degree room with air conditioning going full blast. towel bar fell off wall in bath room, towel hook in door was not attached to door. room smelled a bit musty. while I am not handicapped, this room was supposed to be. I would be hard pressed to see some one in a wheel chair get into bath tub. If they are going to advertise it as a handicapped room, should have a roll in shower.

All our accessible rooms have bathtubs and grab bars a shower stool available upon request. Unfortunately, Roll-In-Showers were not required by the code when hotel was built.
