The property was very well kept. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. However, there was a surprise $200 CASH deposit required before check in, which I found unusual and quite inconvenient as I do not typically carry around that amount of money. There was no indication of such when I booked and paid for the room online. The night clerk was condescending and rude, but as it was late and I was exhausted I found an ATM and produced the very unreasonable deposit. Although the facilities were great, I will NEVER stay there again

Nice renovated rooms but the double bed is right up against the heater/air conditioner. I think that is a fire risk if the heater is left on. The property is nice and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was disappointing, no hot food sign displayed. The area feels not so safe as the rooms open up to the street and public directly. It would be nice to have a fence around the property to provide security. Thanks for listening to suggestions. Peace

Overnight stay worthy. Rooms were nice warm and comfortable. Microwave refrigerator very convenient. Would definitely try to stay again if in area for overnight stay. Perhaps not longer but good for our one night need.

Have you ever visited a motel where you're travelling but there are people staying there that are not? Unfortunately, I was next to those type of people. They got their door open and smoke and have visitors that hang out and it's like midnight. Where do they get these people? The front desk did say they would address this, but it's unfortunate that these events happen. You could hear arguing as well. The noise did eventually die down, but I hate when this happens.

The room was great and the staff was wonderful. I could not sleep all night because there here cars racing down the street out front. Not such a great neighborhood.

The person who was working when we checked in was very nice and polite.

My favorite parts of this stay were the super friendly staff and the pillows, otherwise this place was very unpleasant. They say they're pet friendly but there is NOWHERE on this property for dogs to do their business. There was broken glass and garbage in the parking lot. Our reservation said fridge but we had no fridge. Homeless were on every corner and frequently passing by. I would not ever stay here again. But thank you staff for being so nice.

This place charged me extra beside the orbitz fee. Also I had to put down a depoisit with a credit card and there was no housekeeping services. I had to get my own towels. I couldnt even get toilet paper. The place is located in a very bad neighborhood. Never stay here again.

They charge an additional fee when you get to the hotel. They still do not offer any breakfast, not even coffee and the pool is closed. I have stayed at other hotels recently and they are at least doing grab and go breakfast. The rooms are so small. The location is very noisy. There were cars driving by blasting music at all hours of the night. Overall, we were disappointed with this stay and glad we were only there one night. The plus side is that the staff were friendly and helpful.
