This was a very disappointing experience in Wingate. The pros are that there was the shuttle service to the airport every half hour until 1PM (after that it is by request) , however the elevator was not working and we were told to lug our luggage up and down the stairs without as much as an apology. I understand that these things happen, however it was managed very unprofessionally. when we asked when it would be fixed they said “not anytime soon” so if you are planning on booking and have a lot of luggage like us, and have no other options than to stay here I would recommend your confirm that the elevator is working. In the room, the AC and the internet were not working and when we called downstairs they made it seem as though we were unnecessarily complaining. They said there was no room available in the same floor and we have to move one level up but when called repeatedly they changed the room to one on the floor. The staff was very unhelpful and not at all friendly. i would never stay here again.
