The hotel was on the cheaper side, so I sprung for an upgraded room. It made no difference. The room itself was dirty and kinda smelly. Stains everywhere. Holes in the bedding. Nothing between the mattress and you except for a thin, holy flat sheet with random holes in it. I upgraded to a room with a whirlpool tub, but the tub itself was really disgusting. I didn't even take a chance with it since the jets looked filthy and there were stains throughout the tub. Parking was ample and easily accessible. They advertise free WiFi but only let you connect one device.

Strangers knocking on doors..Security big concern. I was sleeping n people just keep knocking on doors. Worst hotel stay ever

The room didn't have a remote, shower head barely working and sheets cover was dirty. Our room is across from a little smoking area. Didn't even know until someone is smoking and smell the smoke from the inside coming from door, window or AC vent. I didn't even sleep cause i was coughing all night.

Very comfortable room but the elevator has to be fixed.

There was some type of bug infestation, as I woke up with mulitple bites on my legs.

Easy parking.Clean room.Kind staff.Good meal.Good wifi.

Cops at the hotel across the street. Didn't like that

The place was filthy. Had to look at 3 different rooms until I found a better one still dirty. Beds have dirt and hair. Bathroom hair and unclean. Walls filthy. Floors look like never cleaned!!! Coffee maker dirty. I drove 8 hours to be told oh well I could go find another place. Neighborhood not great a lady on drugs out front a lot during stay. Lock up belongings don't leave in car! Pool looks dirty and broken cement around hot tub which your only allowed to use after 2 pm in day Coffee at breakfast looks watered down. So disappointed

The bath room had mold around the walls. This problem need to taken care of ASAP

This was an OK place to stay. The staff was always very polite and friendly. As far as the room, we got what we paid for. I would not have paid anything over $95 per night for this room. The rooms were worn (carpets especially). The shower head was unusually low. I am 5'7" and still had to duck to fit under the shower stream. Short bus ride to Pasadena convention center, but a very long public transit ride to any other attractions (downtown LA, Hollywood blvd).

I know this is cheap but don't stay here. The room was ok, however the pillows arere aweful could not rest or get a good night sleep. My bathroom had black mold and the breakfast was a joke. I know it's cheap but don't stay here.

I had to add an additional night to my stay, the front office staff was very helpful and made sure I had my same room. The room was comfortable and roomy.

Parking lot is super small, you can hear any little noise from rooms next door and hallways

The room was small but it accommodated us well as we were not in the hotel much. The man helping us at breakfast was incredibly sweet and friendly. The walls and doors were paper thin and there were no parking places if you arrived too late in the evening. However, the hotel was nice and close to everything you want to do in Los Angeles. Very friendly staff!!!

It severed my needs . I will return on the next business stay .

We stayed here for four days while sightseeing in the LA area. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast each morning a nice addition. Pasadena is a lovely city and I would recommend this hotel to couples who are looking for a good value but still want comfort.

It was ok. I would say beware for the wifi does not really work everywhere. Get a room close to the office if you will be needing to have access to wifi

I was disappointed that I stayed for 3 days and could not use Wifi. Said it was my computer, but went to Starbucks 3 blocks away and worked fine. Also disappointed that they had the chair, but no table. I went to office to mention it, and owner seemed concerned, but no table. Last item, last night there, they had not even made the bed. One less wash cloth in the room each day. Strange.

The hotel was great for the price. I needed a place to stay for the bar exam that was affordable and this was just the place. The room was clean with basic decor and had a refrigerator which was very convenient. The hotel was about 11 minutes from the convention center.

Amazing value!! And exactly what we needed for a few day trip to California. I will be using this place next trip out to Pasadena.
