Didn’t feel safe while there. Felt dirty the second we walked in. Tiles on floor in bathroom were not adhered to the floor. Won’t stay there again.

Standard OK airport hotel. Room was large and clean. Mine had a kitchenette with no cooking equipment or dishes. Fronts on an 8 lane highway. The usual all carb mostly sugar hotel breakfast. There is an IHOP a block away if you want some protein in your breakfast. Some reiews say this is a bad neighborhood. Lots if five story avation and aerospace company buildings in the area. Shuttle driver was away so they paid for a taxi to the airport. I would stay here again. But LAX is the worst domestic airport in the USA.

Half of the desk staff were extremely and friendly. The other half rude and unaccommodating.

Very noisy hotel, wall are very thing and not even clean. Linens, bed sheets were all thorn and damaged like looking pretty old..

The pictures made it look like the rooms were updated and a decent size. It wasn't. Mold in the bathrooms, dirty walls and floors, and very little space to move. The Wi-Fi also never worked.

Inexpensive place to stay when needing a early flight out to LAX. Nice TV in the room. The staff were very nice and helpful at making sure you will make the shuttle to the airport.

Room was clean. Toilet was stopped up. We stayed because we had a early flight. Ok for short term stay.

Booked on Orbitz while at the airport because delayed overnight. Called hotel to arrange shuttle, per instructions, and no answer. Had to spend $20 on cab. Turns out the shuttle runs hourly but annoying they would not answer phone. It's close, but minimum cab fare kicked in. Not walkable as very busy roads and about a mile away. Staff were friendly once you got there (didn't bring it up that they didn't answer, too tired at that point). Room has good beds, and good shower. Other than that, threadbare, stained carpets, warped closet door, etc. Very tired rooms but essentials (bed/shower) good and it was basically clean. Was able to catch shuttle in the am. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel works for 1 night for airport hotel. The surrounding area is a little rough. Room key didn't work 3 different times. Pool is about 10 x 8, very deceiving pictures showing size. Was not very clean, would not want to swim in it. Would not stay here again, much better choices elsewhere. We were to stay here on our way home & cancelled after stayng 1 night before our outbound flight.

We were disappointed with the service. We could not get the TV to work. The staff member said he would come to help but he never showed up. The walls were not very thick - we heard a lot of noise from other guests as well as the HVAC system. The breakfast was adequate.

My wife and I checked in at 2am on a delayed flight. The guy at the desk told us check out is at 12am the next day, which meant we could stay there the whole day. I thought that sounded strange so I asked him again and he confirmed it was 12am the next day. So my wife and I slept in til 11:50am. The maid comes and knocks on our door and tells me we need to check out by 12pm, which is 10min later. I go to the front desk and tells the staff (a different person) that their staff gave me the wrong time, can I get an extension. She said I would have to pay extra. So we got packed and left by 12:30pm.

Very convenient to LAX especially for early morning or late night travel.

It is close by a gas station it is in a pretty good spot

Ten bucks extra to park is bs, 2 nights and 2 people in room with one towel in room 2nd night !!! Terrible, called and told them and they said come to office? Terrible.

I stayed one night for a business trip. I would never stay here with the family. The rooms are old and small and the carpet needs to be changed. They also charged $5 for parking which I think the clerk pulled a fast one on me. He said $10 for parking, if you pay cash $5... Anyways I just needed to sleep and take a shower, so for $100 I survived.

Hotel was comfortable, staff were nice, perfect size for a short stay.

No one would answer the phone initially when calling for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It took 30 mins to make contact then another hour for the shuttle to pick us up/

Smelly room and AC didnt work great. Room was clean Close to airport and free shuttle

Our family had a good time. Is better if you call the hotel to make sure you get the right room.

They put us into a room right next to breakfast even though we arrived on a late flight at 3 am. By 6pm the staff were making a ton of noise for breakfast. Not considerate at all.
