Super 8 - Pasadena/LA Area

We arrived at the hotel, and the front desk staff, Ignacio, was not pleasant. He seemed to not like the idea that we interrupted his cell phone time. After getting checked in, my children discovered that there was dog poop in the corner of the room. I called the front desk to report it. One of the cleaning ladies came and picked the poop up with a plastic bag, but did nothing to sanitize the carpet. We did not follow-up with a complaint, but we avoided the area during our 4-night stay.

Good value for what we got, stayed three nights and it was OK

Bed bugs, hotel staff stood outside door badgering us for pet fee when we had been there for days already. Think their priorities are off. Alhambra super 8 is the better choice.

This isn't the nicest super 8 I have stayed at. It was very clean! The only thing that wasn't the best was the heater. It was a bit dirty and had pieces of wood chips in it. This created a strange scent when we turned on the heater. Other than that I had a great experience and would recommend people to stay here.

Services of staff is poor. Room shower knob is so hard to pull out.

I felt like it was clean but too expressive for the walls that are too thin.

From outside not bad (4) oh boy inside cold floors tub a little on the 50's side. Holes in bed spread and blankets. No they are not EVER going to change.

This hotel even though it's still a motel, it's a clean and we'll manage one, the place is well located for those with a car the staff is helpful and provides essential amenities it even has a pool for a short stay is a good choice

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast in the morning. What more could you ask for?

good to great comfiel bed fair food great local close restraunts

Room seemed very old. All furnishings were cheap and uncomfortable. The bed was god awful. Hard and terribly uncomfortable. For the price I had hoped for a little better.

clean room, safe community and convenient facility.

Two day stay, we used as a base to visit the rest of LA, It was easy to find, and use as close to the highway.. but the rooms didn't feel clean. They were clean, but just something was off.

It delivered a decent bed, clean room, in a relatively good location.

Carpets in rooms needed cleaning, beds hard. Feel hotels in that area are overpriced for the money due to thier only draw being "location" on Colorado Blvd. Look to ajacent locals like next Ardadia at probably $15-$20 cheaper.

All the basic needs for a good nights stay. Breakfast offered is typical "grab and go".

Good. No surprises. Desk Clerks were very friendly. Breakfast was a nice addition.

For the price, not being at the hotel all day it was well worth it!

It's a great place for the price to stay in, nothing much else was needed.

Pros: Awesome location (minutes away from where I had to be) Friendly Staff Nice Room Great continental breakfast Cons: The bed was hard as a rock. I struggled to sleep several nights
