The code for the lock box did not open the lock box. I cleared the lock box with zeros and entered the code several times and the lock box still did not open. A car was in the driveway indicating someone was in the house, so I knocked on the door because there was not a door bell and no one answered the door. I notified the travel company and they contacted the BNB who then emailed me telling me the code works and I should have called instead of providing a solution they basically took advantage. The reservations was for Monday May 13 thru Friday May 17 and I contacted the travel company the next day, Tuesday May 14. The BNB didn't offer to correct the situation nor did the travel company. The experience was a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
