Upon check-in the female owner changed the price of the room. Since we arrived late at night we had no choice but to pay. The next morning no one was available to answer any questions, even after ringing the bell a few times and waiting.

Nice affordable hotel. Its in an odd place and parking was not ideal a little outdated... but it was nice. My only complaint was the TV was hard to work.

Come on, this place will do for most all intents and purposes.

Ultra basic with no frills or perks. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The common areas were quite dirty and the place was a bit rundown.

Booked this hotel because it's very close to UCLA and not so expensive like the others near the school.it's in a very quiet neighborhood. Room was nice for the price, I would give it all 5 stars if it wasn't for the hairs I found in bed. Need to be cleaned better.

Had to stay here for an emergency and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was

Overall we were happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was very clean and the courtyard was well kept and welcoming. The staff is very nice. The biggest drawback is the parking. The parking lot is very small, not enough spaces for all of the guests, and there is only one driveway with no turnaround space. So when you are exiting the parking lot, you have to drive in reverse all the way out of the driveway. Many guests have to park on the street in the nearby residential neighborhood. When were were checking the room for personal items just before checking out, I found an empty soda bottle under the edge of the bed that was left by a previous guest that the maid missed. This was the only issue inside the room.

The hotel premises was clean and even though the location is on a busy street, after dark it was very quite and hardly any traffic. The area was nice and we felt safe enough to take a walk at night. We where not impressed with the continental breakfast, which consisted of toast, OJ and coffee. Parking is limited and inconvenient, be prepared to park in the street/residential area. If you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep and dont mind the parking situation, this is the place. The room was very clean and no odor.

Hotel was good and comfortable. Needs improvement on cleaning.

The people behind the counter here are really nice and are very accommodating. The room was simple, which was all I needed, and the fridge had a separate freezer in it, which was cool, though there was some weird gunk in the fridge part I had to clean up. My biggest problem was the pillows. They were lumpy and had no support what so ever. I ended up with a major neck cramp and had to go over to Target to get a cheap pillow. When I went to complain they were nice enough to give me new pillows but they were just as bad. Overal everything was what one would expect for the price. I plan to stay there soon again.

Room was okay. It was clean enough. Pillows were lumpy. TV was good. WiFi was good. Outside the room was more like they painted over the grime. Under stairwells were empty buckets and garbage. Tiny parking lot. It seems awkward anytime people appear to be permanent residents in hotels. Overall seemed sketchy.

Not much parking available. The bathroom door kept hitting one of the beds. But everything was updated and nice.

a bit too much for not have a pool, no where to eat, and was painting and stucco all around the place

Staff was friendly but the (free) parking lot is clearly too small ...

We were visiting a relative taking cancer treatments. She was staying a couple of blocks away. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accomodating to our requests. We will be back!
