Location is everything- but the hotel was overpriced. Deserved a 2-star rating, and needs maintenance (shower curtain broken, the shower/tub didn't like to drain well, toilet issues, light issues/a.c.... plus a massive hefty parking fee. Even the wall outlets in the room are so used that anything plugged in just slips right out.

I was not able to make the first night (we had a meeting reschedule) so we finally made it to the location the second day. We had already paid for the first night as part of the booking (no big deal) and when we arrived our reservation had been cancelled for the second night. The clerk was fine and told us it would take about 15 to 20 minutes to redo - again no big deal. While we were waiting the clerk started screaming at another guest telling her he was kicking her out for smoking in the room and a huge argument started. We started looking around at the other folks in the lobby and realized that this was not a place we needed to stray at. We let the clerk know that we would not be staying and that he need not bother reinstating the cancelled reservation. I can not comment on the room but the site made me make a response. Our cancellation was a blessing in disguise.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, nice restaurant bar next door open 24/7 and provides room service , valet parking, and great location!

When booking this hotel it gave me the choice to upgrade the a suite that in the photo was large and airy open bright and inviting. What I got was small all dark colors worn odd smell poorly lit. I asked to change rooms which they did promptly it was the same but smelled better When I ask about the photo they said that they did have a larger room but at twice what I was paying. Not cool at all ! Bottom line Ramada and Orbitz need to fix the information on their website

We have stayed at this Ramada many times over the years on our trips' to WeHo. The staff has always been friendly and the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. That being said, the hotel is starting to show signs of wear and tear. It's time for a makeover.

Hotel was ok, nightly rate was too high for what was provided. Water pressure in shower was low and during my last day the hot water did not work from the little water that dripped out. The water eventually stopped running. The hotel is in a nice location near shops and restaurants.

The hotel & room were exactly what I wanted & needs. It was perfect for me.

Old hotel, serious upgrades needed, dirty sheets on bed, had to track down valet at night. won't stay again.

The room was ok but it needs some definite deep cleaning all through out the room.

This Ramada location is well kept. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the maid service was well done. Check-in was super easy. The room was spacious (suite), TV with cable, coffee, fridge, iron/board and a safe. Note that this hotel is in a very gay area so if you have hangups about that, it may not be the place for you. The room service restaurant adjacent to the hotel, the 24/7 kitchen is excellent. My breakfasts were scrumptious, fresh orange juice, perfect potatoes, eggs were poached correctly. I had sliders there as well, also great. The portions are large and fresh. I would eat there as a destination, however, its laid out like a bar though more than a restaurant. No complaints, no issues on the hotel or the room service. I would definitely stay there again. They have a pool, but I was not able to give it a try as I had a long weekend stay and had lots of activities planned.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was really wonderful. I wish the weather was better, that would have made the trip perfect. I hope to get back in August or early September.

Nice hotel! Great Location! Can walk to the Sunset Strip! Friendly Staff! Restaurant next door is open 24 hours and has yummy food!

Great location in West Hollywood but hotel needs a renovation. Rooms are way too old and small.

Our destination was Beverly Hills and The Grove so hotel was convenient to both locations. The area surrounding the hotel had some fun eateries and great shops.

Comfy bed. Parking was a nuisance, due to garage always being full. No dresser to put clothes in, so you live out of your suitcase. Power went out for about a day, so the elevators were down--steps were only option. Maids never vacuumed room once in 8 days.

Horrible, room was dirty, smelled bad, paid $240 per night, not worth it..

Let me start by fully admitting I made a mistake with my booking with this hotel - I accidentally booked the wrong date. I was not aware of this fact until I showed up at the front desk, ready to check in, and the employee could not find my reservation. Luckily, I had the confirmation number with me, which helped her to locate it. That's when she told me the reservation was for the night before and I was marked as a no-show. I was completely caught off-guard and was sure there was some sort of error. Upon double checking my confirmation email, it turns out I had accidentally booked it for the night before. I was booking from the road on a mobile device, so I must have not set the dates properly on the app. My fault for not double checking. However, the unhelpfulness and the lack of sympathy from the hotel are what prompted me to write this review. I understand the rate was non-changeable and non-refundable. But, even though the hotel was obviously not full (it was a Tuesday night in early December, after all) they were not willing to adjust the reservation and give me a room. The only option they gave me was to purchase a new room. Adding insult to injury, they wouldn't even honor the original rate - wanting me to pay more. Things can easily go wrong during travel - we all know that. However, this hotel doesn't seem to be interested in working with customers when things go wrong - which is important to me - and should be to you.

I had a great stay, hotel was in a great location and I was happy with my room.

Parking fee of $35-40 is added upon check in per day. Front desk staff is friendly, service staff is rude, they barged in my room, seconds after knocking at the door (despite Do Not Disturb posted), and had i not had the security lock on, they would be staring at me freshly out of the shower. Asked for a possible laptop charger to use at the front (forgot to pack mine) to be told they get stolen all the time; not the smartest way to present your business. Bed was knotty and was awaken at 2 am by a goup of people yelling and laughing, sitting at the hotel side entry steps. Could use some upgrades in service and support.

Good location in the heart of Weet Hollywood. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times. The rooms appear to have been renovated. The bathrooms are definitely old and could use upgrade.
