Comfy bed. Parking was a nuisance, due to garage always being full. No dresser to put clothes in, so you live out of your suitcase. Power went out for about a day, so the elevators were down--steps were only option. Maids never vacuumed room once in 8 days.

Horrible, room was dirty, smelled bad, paid $240 per night, not worth it..

Let me start by fully admitting I made a mistake with my booking with this hotel - I accidentally booked the wrong date. I was not aware of this fact until I showed up at the front desk, ready to check in, and the employee could not find my reservation. Luckily, I had the confirmation number with me, which helped her to locate it. That's when she told me the reservation was for the night before and I was marked as a no-show. I was completely caught off-guard and was sure there was some sort of error. Upon double checking my confirmation email, it turns out I had accidentally booked it for the night before. I was booking from the road on a mobile device, so I must have not set the dates properly on the app. My fault for not double checking. However, the unhelpfulness and the lack of sympathy from the hotel are what prompted me to write this review. I understand the rate was non-changeable and non-refundable. But, even though the hotel was obviously not full (it was a Tuesday night in early December, after all) they were not willing to adjust the reservation and give me a room. The only option they gave me was to purchase a new room. Adding insult to injury, they wouldn't even honor the original rate - wanting me to pay more. Things can easily go wrong during travel - we all know that. However, this hotel doesn't seem to be interested in working with customers when things go wrong - which is important to me - and should be to you.

I had a great stay, hotel was in a great location and I was happy with my room.

Parking fee of $35-40 is added upon check in per day. Front desk staff is friendly, service staff is rude, they barged in my room, seconds after knocking at the door (despite Do Not Disturb posted), and had i not had the security lock on, they would be staring at me freshly out of the shower. Asked for a possible laptop charger to use at the front (forgot to pack mine) to be told they get stolen all the time; not the smartest way to present your business. Bed was knotty and was awaken at 2 am by a goup of people yelling and laughing, sitting at the hotel side entry steps. Could use some upgrades in service and support.

Good location in the heart of Weet Hollywood. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times. The rooms appear to have been renovated. The bathrooms are definitely old and could use upgrade.

Hotel is in a decent location but depending on your room location, you could be up all night from traffic noise. All rooms need major overhaul and updating. Concierge and front desk staff were very good but when we had a plumbing problem in the room the night manager was no help and told us there were no maintenance staff available. Not sure I'd stay there again.

The room was lovely, but we had to call the desk four times about very loud noise in the adjoining rooms from 9pm - 230am. The party people were given priority over the sleepy jetlagged people. When I asked the hotel for compensation they comped me one night's parking which was poor payment for two people losing a night's sleep.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location, close walk to bus stop and sunset strip - restaurant K24 next door is superb!

This hotel is well located centrally for exploring Weho. This location does mean you get some noise but not to a level I found disturbing. The attached Kitchen 24 is very handy as you can always get something to eat/drink very conveniently although there are a wide selection of other cafes, bars etc. all within a few minutes walk.

The hotels location is unbeatable. Rooms were dated and housekeeping was marginal. Upon check in, the bathroom was still full of the previous guests hair, in the tub and on the floor. The towel rack was hanging off the wall. Housekeeping missed replacing the towels one day and coffee supplies the next day. Like I said, location is great, rooms and service below average.

Love this place. Simply amazing . Great staff , great rooms. Can't wait to spend my bday there next month

Had an alarm go off at 12:00 am with no direction from staff.

location is good. However the hotel is in need of some modernizing and renovation. for the price i was disappointed that there is old carpet in the halls, the halls smelled a bit, the room also smelled musty, and the general look to the place is on the shabby side. Gym facilities in the hotel are minimal. It is " just ok" and fills the bill for a non fancy place. Its just that when you are paying those prices ( obviously driven by location) you expect a bit more.

Very dirty. Limited parking. parking fee 30.00 per day.

Good location, below average hotel condition. It appears some updates have been made to the rooms, but the overall feeling is very run down.

Well taking care of hotel. Great location if you desire to stay in the middle of everything in Los Angeles. I definally recommend

The hotel obviously rents out to people who are booking rooms just to party. There were people running up and down the hall all night and the people next door had a party until 6AM. I realized that this might be due to the neighborhood the hotel is located in, which I knew nothing about until it was too late. However, the staff was very good which helped mitigate an otherwise uncomfortable stay.

Room had a strange cologne smell for the duration of my visit but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Pool was nice for cooling off.

Valet parking was great, the attendant was very nice and efficient. The front desk was not overly friendly but that's fine. The room was decent but the bathroom was a bit dirty and old. For some reason our shower head was a foot shorter than normal so I had to kneel down to wash my hair. Was only there for one night but the area seemed pretty safe. Went to breakfast down the street in the morning and felt safe.
