Ramada Inn Pasadena

Rugs need cleaning, some gummy residue on toilet seat, couldn't remove, very small bathroom. Plus-Breakfast included, hard boiled eggs, pastry, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice. Nice but busy staff.

Good location, good bargain but nothing to brag about.

My wife and I live in OC. We booked a room for the night since she had her convocation in Pasadena. One of the reasons I chose Ramada was because it was a known brand. But our experience was poor at best. The overall property is in a poor condition. There are dark corridors that go in and out. Walking through these at night does not even feel safe. The room itself was a shock. The carpet was dark brown color. God alone knows what all has fallen into that carpet. You could tell that it is very dirty even though it is vacuumed. The AC temperature control knob was missing. I had to use a paper clip to make it cooler. The room had a strange smell and we thought it was a smoking room. After keeping the door and windows open we were able to stay in the room. The breakfast was the standard. But the area was so small that it was even hard to sit. I was not expecting 5 star luxury but at the very least a better property. I will think twice before booking a Ramada property. It is obvious that Ramada has little to no oversight and the property owner has done all he can to maximize revenue. Nothing wrong with that but don't charge hotel prices but rather motel prices.

Pleasant stay. Hotel was clean in a nice area. It was clean and comfy.

I stayed here during the bar exam. The room was spacious and quiet, which provided a good study atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was ok. Bed sucked bad, it was sunk in on one side. There's only a refrig. If you need one night this hotel room would be fine.

Nothing special about the hotel but was better than the place I had booked because of safety concerns. Felt safe in this hotel

Room was clean. It was about 20 minutes away from Dodger stadium. Room was quite and bed I very comfortably. I would totally stay here again.

Disappointed with the cleanliness. We stayed two nights and had no maid service.

If you are planing to stay "party" in Pasadena this location was perfect, other then that you are paying for what you get!

Maybe I got spoiled last summer at small boutique hotels in Spain for less than $100, but here in the US for around $100, apparently we can't get a bed with a duvet over the comforter, a toilet that stops running after each flush, or a mattress that is supportive. Really upsetting. Oh Well.

1. Being fair when we arrived the front desk is nice 2. When we get inside the room It started me to feel I am paying what is worth or being advertised. >>> The sink has no pull-push drain stopper and you can see some unwanted particles which is gross. >>> The Bath tub non-slip, really seems it was not being clean it supposed to be sparkling white, its black need attention to clean by housekeeping >>> Taking a bath at 11pm, the shower diverter is so hard to pull, we call front desk and he shown to us...whooow.. we were being told so simple... >>> Breakfast...Continental...? what we have coffee, waffle, bread, don nut and boiled EGG...with water melon...I am expecting some bacon, omelet, sausage some french fries...anyway its continental how they understand.. NOW the bottom line remove this from the list of your choice...

I thought the hotel was in a good location and proximity to where I had to be for work. It was easy to find off Colorado and main road and there was a lot of food, shopping, and chain stores in the area. I like that the room had a refrigerator. The bed was adequate. I had room 209 facing the back parking lot rather than the street or front lot, so it was fairly quiet with the window closed. The free breakfast was usual bready things: some eggs, oatmeal, OJ, coffee and so on. I would recommend if you are looking for a fair price room and are willing to drive to the quainter parts of pasadena.

If you like Wi Fi that doesn't work, if you like one towel for two people, if you like lamps with no plugs, if you like morning coffee that tastes like burnt rubber go for it!

We booked this for the location. Room was nicer than we expected. Staff was courteous and we appreciated the light breakfast. Internet was often needing resetting.

it was ok. But no parking space available at night.

Very nice people and quiet and good staff and lots of parking

I order on line it was nice the room was clean staff was great the only thing is that there was only one elevator and it was way on the other side of motel other wise I had a great stay

I was happy with the quality of the staff. They were very helpful and pleasant. When I got into my hotel room, there was dust everywhere. The showers did not look clean and were covered in shower soap scum. The room had an ant infestation and the sheets were yellowish in color. I'm not exactly sure why white sheets were so discolored but certainly not worth the $100 a night I paid.

My job requires about 90 days of traveling a year. The Pasadena location provided the clean and comfortable stay I expect and depend on when staying at Ramada. The staff was friendly and professional.
