Don't expect anything fancy or worth the price. Its an old facility and although they are doing a lot of remodeling, everything in room is old. If your looking for a place to just sleep, its ok. But not to take a day and rest. Staff was awesome though! I give them 10 stars for that.

Pool was out of service. No easy access to rooms. Poor parking. Mattress was horrible. Staff was friendly. Whe room was rundown yet updated? Lipstick on a pig.

My room was nice but needs to be updated terribly. The sink had rust stains and actual holes in the bowl. The whole hotel needs to be updated - carpet, fixtures, furniture, etc. all look very old and worn. Bed was very comfortable though and I slept well, even being so close to Interstate 5 I did not hear a lot of road noise. I also felt very safe (but I am not one to be afraid of much), there is a security guard walking the premises at night. This is my second stay here and I will stay again.

Back once again train ride from bay area to so cal, this place is my new pit stop come here spend the night and recharge my body!!

the room are to old and smell horrible, to old to old to old

The hotel was nice and right off of hwy 5. Easily accessible and the room was very comfortable.

Room is spacious and it was clean. But it was dark, and needs updated, especially bathroom. It also was noisy especially from room above mine.

Over all good experience, close to north Hollywood. Convenient to everything I guess if you have a car. The rooms could used more renovation the staff are friendly. Not bad if you just need a hotel to sleep in.

fight in a room, burglar attempt I believe, and the assailant in trying to escape the police banged on my door 3am. I am not kidding.

Carpet laid over debris. Sink rusted, tub valve hard to control, sofa bed seemed old as the motel. If I knew the real facts, I would have booked elsewhere.

Nice hotel, clean and staff are very professional. My sister had a low sugar attack and I didnt have $ for vending machine, staff afford his personal candy to me for my sister. Thank you young man for heloing me and my sister with your generousity. Im planning to reserve to stay there again and will recommend my friends and family, if they need a place to stay in Burbank, Ramada Inn is a great place to stay. Thank you Maria

Rooms are big and clean nice little Restaurant good housekeeping not bad for the price

When we walked in the room smells horrible smells combination of smoke and mold! The zink is rusted and bathtub is also rusted and the floor is si sticky...really need some renovation...

Good location, 5 min away from the Burbank airport in car. Room was clean and a decent size with a mini fridge and tv. Bathroom needs improvement, the light was dirty, the door wouldn't close unless pushed hard. The heater in the room when turned on smelled burned so had to turn it off.

Just a place to sleep. Reasonably clean. Two security guards. Decent price.

I like that there was security walking around watching the cars

I stay there on occasion because it is close to Dodger Stadium and sits right next to the I-5 on ramp. It's nothing to write home about, but works for 1 or 2 nights. It's an old hotel, the rooms are nothing fancy, old and worn. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. bed was nice, everything worked. The little cafe in the hotel is good and prices are very reasonable. Parking is difficult

We left something behind and staff was kind enough to save it for us to pick up. Which was great but.... We were not able to watch a movie on tv because the service was down and never came back up, internet service was terrible. Carpet was worn in spots also you could feel the lumps in it from the pad underneath breaking down over the years. Bathroom had a peeling ceiling and black mold room was in desperate need of remodeling. We appreciated the staffs help just wish the place was nicer.

The hotels close to the airport Which makes it really nice. I got a better deal through Orbitz than I would have if I had gone through the hotel directly. I will say the desk staff is normally super nice! Irene and another young lady were working the desk the first two mornings that we were here and they were very very helpful and went out of their way to try and be accommodating as to the best of their ability. The first day we arrived the pool was covered in green Blooms And was closed. Honestly this was the number one reason that we stayed Here. The pool was open the next day but I did notice that the pumps weren't working and I did hear the owner and another gentleman talk about needing to Shock the water which it did desperately need. The pump alarm was going off all night Meaning that it needed service. On the first night of the stage called down at about 1:30 in the afternoon and asked for two extra towels and a fan and was told that they would be sent right up. 5 hours later they still hadn't arrived and called back. However on the second call they were up to the room within 3 or 4 minutes. The cleaning staff does an excellent job And we arrive today to find a girl actually sweeping out our window sills! The cleaning staff But more so the supervisors have a good time it's a light-hearted atmosphere when they're talking to one another.

When we got there the room that I reserved was not available. I requested a king bed but they gave us two queen bed. But, it's okay cause it's very hot and I'm tired for a long drive so My husband and I said it's okay. We got to our room and tried to turn the air conditioner on and it doesn't work! We called the front desk told them the issue they told us they will have the maintenance guy check the room. After 20 minutes the maintenance said that the air conditioner was not working and they will have to move us to another room. Very inconvenient.
