Chose it for the price and close to the airport. Not very clean and is smelly, but the staff was really helpful.

*Warning* I had my Laptop bag stolen out of my room. This will set me back ~$3000. Had to have my car towed and re-keyed. I was only gone for 45 minutes. The staff didn't seem to care and the manager wasn't on duty until Monday. This is by far the worst hotel you could stay in. They weren't even shocked about the situation, like it happens alot. *smells like a homeless shelter *Wifi seems like Dial up from 1990 *Black mold every where *mystery stains galore *Elevator jolts due to lack of maintenance *Parking sucks *Rooms are not secure *No local cuisine nearby *Bugs found in fridge during one of my stays. *Poor lighting, and no working surveillance system. *Pool is dirtier than most swamps *towels are made of 500 grit sand paper, and you get 2 small ones if you are lucky *No battery in smoke detectors *Everything is yellow. *Crazy people that live there that try to pick fights with guests randomly, I seen it 2 times, one time I was the lucky guest. Some of the staff are really nice though, so there is that.

They didn't have room keys for the first 3 days we were there.

The hotel looks like it was nice once, but hasn't been kept up as much as needed. The room interiors were fine with new linens etc. It was clean, but the exterior spaces need some serious TLC.

Awesome staff, but the Jacuzzi was yellow and had hair in it. The smoke alarms are dark yellow and the battery operated one has no battery in it. The rooms are dirty and smell of mold. When the elevator stops it feels like it is going to break yet it is somehow still in operation. The location is nowhere near anything useful.

Dirty floors and bad odors. Hotel needs a remodelation.

I had a Nice room, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped. The staff were pleasant, and I appreciated being able to take the shuttle to the airport

Broken gym equipment wasn't repaired in the time I was there (two weeks), despite requests. All exercise bikes were broken, only one of the two stair climbers worked, and the one that did work had broken hear monitor grips with exposed wires. The hotel wifi network went down for the last 3 days of my stay, despite my request to have them fix it. Et cetera

Used soap with hair on it left in the bathroom, toilet kept making noise, bathroom facet leaked water , when you turned it on. The first day I did not have wash towels. Room needed a make over.

The first room they gave us seemed to still belong to other guests as it still had belongings all over the room. The second room they gave us had an overflowing toilet without even being used yet. And finally there was a line of ants going in and out of the room. At that point all the rooms were booked and that was that.

First, please note that I am a frequent U.S. domestic and worldwide traveler for work and leisure, usually staying in a three-to-five star hotel. I have stayed in Ramada facility in other cities for a couple times before and had reasonably good experience. But this time, it is a total disaster!! 1. Pre-scheduled airport shuttle bus never showed up/picked up until call and long wait at the airport. The bus driver had NO manner whatsoever; poor attitude! 2. The hotel staff (two females) were unprofessional, unfriendly and rude, and very poor attitude!!! If the range of service evaluation is 0~5, I will give "negative 5, or -5" to express my experience. Yes! That is how terrible it was!! I booked for one night (for the night of March 25; checking in at 10pm-ish) but the staff showing me a paperwork of 2-night stay. I asked about it and the staff refused to help and wanted me to deal with/fix it myself by calling the online booking service (e.g. Orbitz). Meanwhile, I asked about the absence of pre-scheduled airport pickup; they blamed every mistake on the online vendors (e.g. Orbitz; Expedia), like 'whatever mistake is someone else's mistake, NOT mine!!!' 3. The hotel elevator did NOT operate smoothly! It stopped in the middle of the way... 4. The hotel room is old and smelly!! The shower water is leaking; the toilet water runs and creates noise every 10 to 15 min. It is just like a haunted house... It's unliveable!!

Hotel in was dirty smell bad on top of that there is no towel on Hotel no soap no nothing I see a lady customer she was asking a towel and soap she was a very disappointed that time when I went to my room and I see that it's no towel no soap. Hotel was very expensive and his three star I don't think they'll tell us three star I really give him a one-star

Tv didn't work. Super dirty carpet. Bugs crawling over body at night. Toilet flush didn't work properly. Waste of 100 dollars.

Didn't spend much time in the room aside from sleeping. It wasn't the most comfortable place, lots of marijuana smoke and old smells, but for the price it is ideal for low budget travelers just seeking a place to lay their heads.

Found a syringe by the parking door in the lobby, the electronics keys didn't work properly, was given a room that was already occupied (someone was already in the room when I opened it) so almost attacked someone's privacy unknowingly, there was an underwear lying in the washroom when we entered it, the hotel looks dirty overall. Very unsatisfied with the experience here!

Most terrible place I've stayed at. The phone wasn't working. We were only given one towel. I would never go back to this place

Our stay totally awful need to I force a totall cleaning shuttle kept us waiting over 30 mins then not available at checkout no smoking rms available a pile of paper old straws dust behind tv on floor. No remote for TV

It said 3.5 star hotel when I booked my travel arrangements...I would have given it 2 stars...The hotel didn't look like the pictures online...my room wasn't stocked properly so I had to go to front desk and get washcloths and tissues myself after traveling all day...the room had a big spot on the ceiling that had been painted over (not very well) and no channel selection on tv...drink machines were out of order...etc

It was ok. Nothing special . Decent place to stay. Slightly pricey for what you get but everywhere else is even more expensive. It was alright

dirty rooms, wet and damp carpets. rude staff. bathroom's faucet was leaking, and the whole place had this dampness to it. am sure it had mold under the carpet :(
