The staff was awesome. This hotel is currently under a remodel so the bar was not available. I liked the morning breakfast, it’s not the normal “American” breakfast but the food was exotic and excellent. My room was comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again because what it lacked currently in looks, the staff made up for it.

No plastic bag for ice bucket, no scope in ice machine. Included breakfast was lousy non exist .... knowing tour pick up at 715, no coffee ... nothing in lobby, dry toast and cracker served at 7 to pass as “breakfast” is false advertisement AC in room was noisy,

Building looks good from the outside... inside the room not so much comfort.

When I go to the LA area I stay at the Lincoln Plaza Hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great location, close to so many things (except the beach). My daughter was travelling with us this time and also found the hotel to be perfect for her needs.

We have stayed her before. It's a nice quite hotel. The beds are comfortable and it's close to all the places I like to visit when I'm in California.

I will give one star to good room service and another to the front desk, I mean those are good. They need repair and maintenance or upgrade everything.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Had fun walking around the neighborhood and checking out the stores. Biggest issue was that the most people only spoke Chinese, but it was fun. Had some great food in the area! The rooms were clean and nice. I would stay here again. Also my wife and I felt very safe in the area and everyone we talked to (even if they did not speak English) was super nice and friendly.

There was a bad odor in the rooms and hallway, the pool area seemed more like a storage area. The "free breakfast" was a joke! It consisted of a piece of toast, small cup of coffee and a small cup of citrus punch all served on disposable cups and plates! And to top it all off it was in the chinese community. It was my first time visiting California and I didn't know exactly where this hotel was located nor was I informed about it's surroundings. We felt very uncomfortable! Also, when I searched your site for hotels I typed in for Pasadena, Ca and not Monterrey Park and this hotel came up as being in Pasadena.

The nightclub downstairs goes until 2 am. We were on the 7th floor and still couldn't sleep due to the constant noise. People yelling, music, etc. It was impossible to sleep. If you're looking for a place to sleep this is not it. Go anywhere else, just don't stay here.

Good experience of staying at Lincoln Plazza Hotel. the room is tidy, clean, the staff is well, and very good free parking lot. only the water of shower is small as if the water pressure is not enough, because I was at 7 th floor.

It is now midnight, and there is still a LOUD BAR downstairs playing INSANELY loud music outside! Even from 6th floor the music is so loud that my kids have hard time sleeping. I asked the front desk, the staff said that the bar will not close till 1:30am, and they REFUSE to do anything to give guests a quiet sleep. STAY away if you want a good night sleep!
