The hotel was a nice place to stay. The hotel staff were very nice and was always there to help in anyway they could. My only problem I had was the $20.00 per night cost for the water and candy bars they offered which I never used but had to pay anyway. Granted, it is in West Hollywood/Beverly Hills where everything is expensive but paying $40.00 for the two nights we stayed for something we never used was $40.00 I didn't feel was necessary. There is also the $42.00 per night parking fee which, for someone not used to those costs where I'm from, found the valet parking convenient. Even Mel's Diner has valet parking. Over all it was a pleasant stay though I doubt I would stay there again. I would probably stay a little further out and avoid all the extra cost.

Excellent facilities and staff. Close to attractions and beach. Extra hidden fees, revealed after booking, for valet parking, and use of the pool and facilities, seemed expensive.

I love this hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Hidden fees at the end of the stay left a bitter taste in my mouth. Also, the parking fees added to the bill when I didn't have a car highlighted their lack of attention to detail.

I called ahead of time to make sure I knew what I would be in store for when I arrived. I inquired about the deposit and was told there would be none. When I arrived I was told there was a 300.00 deposit contrary to what I was told on the phone. I was later charged 20.00 but never informed at to why I was being charged 20 dollars.

My partner and I arrived early and were accommodated by the staff, they stored our luggage and sped up the setting of our room. The area around the hotel is residential, looked and felt safe, very quiet and peaceful. Nearby restaurants and lounge places less than 5 minutes walking, I HIGHLY recommend the restaurant "La Conversation Bakery." Amazing breakfast at less than 10 minutes walking by the Beverly Hills sign, try the mini croissants, you won't regret it. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, well stocked with toiletries, towels, bathrobes, and great wifi connectivity. The beds are very comfortable and spacious. Uber rides to main landmarks are 15-25 minutes away depending on traffic, no more than $15 dollars. The location is very convenient if you plan to stay in that area of LA, we visited the Hollywood walk of fame, The Getty Museum, Burbank area, Griffith Observatory and nearby beaches (again all within 25 minutes). The hotel also gives you access to local computers, in front of the elevators, from which you can print at no extra cost, as we forgot to print some purchased tickets at the last minute. The staff is very friendly, but do maintain their distance. We did not go up to the pool, but did receive 25% off our food/beverages for being Platinum Orbitz members.

Hotel was nice, friendly staff. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Only downside would be the valet parking charges and no option for self parking. I would stay here again.

Checked in at 3:00 was told I was upgraded to a one bedroom but the room wasn't ready. Checked in at 4:00pm was assigned a room on the 2nd floor which I asked how could their be a city view that low, I paid extra for a view room. Was told then that my upgrade did not include a view! I said in my opinion I was downgraded and did not appreciate not being told that an hr prior. The staff said the system processed the upgrade, they didn't! But the system cannot have a conversation with me! No apology, no compensation, I was subsequently late for my dinner reservation. Oh and as I checked out they made me pay another $20 for unknown fees! That Orbitz did not include. I won't be back even the hotel room was awesome.

As much as I want to give this cute hotel 5 stars, I realize that its still in the process of renovations. I decided to a little research upon my stay here, and the results were quite similar. Valet for the hotel was $30 and overnight parking was $40. If you are not going to drive your car everywhere, taking UBER or Lyft is ideal. You will be losing money in overnight parking, driving, trying to find parking to your next destination, and the like. Do not park your car on the sidewalk...it will get towed. My intended purpose was to relax for a few days and to get some much needed homework done. I flew in from the East Coast, so I was quite tired. Upon walking to my room, my key was not registering to the door. This was a constant occurrence during my stay and I went through 2 keys in the process. Opening the door to the room, I saw that it was not as I hoped, but I just wanted a nice soft bed to sleep in during my stay. The room had a mildew smell and the air was moist, so I turned on the AC (the AC remote didn't work) . My room had a balcony, but had no patio furniture...which defeats the purpose of the upgrade in a sense. There were fruit flies in my room the entire time, and I was not sure why they were in there. There was also an issue with the cable, so I had to rely on paying for internet to watch Hulu instead. The leather couch was dirty and there was candy underneath it. At the time, I really didnt care because I was tired from my cross country flight.

Great location! Rite off Sunset close to everything. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The building itself is a bit out dated and they left an old fruit plate that went rotten during my 4 day stay. The parkinf enforcement live on this streer so be carefull where youand how you park

Excellent hotel in a good location with a very friendly staff. I recommend staying there if you are in the LA area.

I loved this hotel! It was quiet, convenient and astonishing views :) I can't recommend enough the rooftop pool. My only regret is I wish we'd stayed more nights. Do be prepared for $40 per night for parking though. There is NOWHERE else to park you car, so figure an extra $40 a night if you are parking. Super close to Sunset Strip. Absolutely safe walking distance. Wonderful amenities in rooms and spotless everything! Highly recommend!

This hotel is way overrated. It is not even a hotel it's a motel. The rooms were tiny dark and the kitchen area was filthy.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Very close to shopping and dining areas in Santa Monica Blvd, Sunset Blvd and Beverly hills. The suites were great and downtown views from our room was fantastic. Basic wifi in room was slow. Hotel only has valet parking and is expensive. But most hotels in WeHo and Beverly hills areas are that way. Overall we were very happy with the stay.

Great hotel and location. I just wish they had a hot tub

This hotel was one of the worst I've stayed at. First, we check in and the hallway and room smell like marijuana. Second, we pull out the foldaway and the sheets are yellow with stains, so we had to get new sheets brought up. The bathroom shower had no area to catch the water that came out from under the curtains, so water gets everywhere. I've stayed at other hotels in the area that were kept up better than this one for around the same price. Will not stay here again.

Had a great time . Very clean . The heated salt water pool was small but refreshing

Excellent place to stay! Spacious, well appointed room - clean - convenient location - awesome rooftop deck!

Free upgrade, giant room, awesome room service. Definitely will stay there again.

Lots of unexpected fees made our trip not so comfortable $40.00 parking fee a day with valley, plus $ 20.00 upgrade fee a day
