This hotel was in great shape, the location was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and spacious with all of the modern amenities that one would expect. The Shuttle service drivers were pleasent to ride with and knowledgeable about the local area.

Everything was just average. A few things could've improve our stayed especially the public areas were not clean, including the hallways and entry ways. The elevators needs to be revamp because it look rundown and they took a long time to move. At times it was better to take the stairs. One of our main issue was our first night stay and coming back in the evening the following day from a long day just find our room wasn't clean or restock. It was very upsetting and felt like we didn't matter since we called the front desk and it was poorly handled. The staff could really improve with communications to prevent issues.

Nice and comfortable. Overall very good experience

Great room great staff. Close to shopping and food

Everything was perfect, comfort, cleanliness, I recommend.

Staffs were very friendly and nice, and the room was very clean too. The only downside was the room smelled weird. Other than that, I enjoyed staying here.

I am truly dissapointed with my experience and i have always enjoyed my La Quinta stays. I paid an unusual higher rate because of hotel occupancy. I had a room with no microwave, frig, no tea, only one packet for my coffee, room window was opened , didnt realized until my young daughter(12) was left in room while we went for remaining luggage. She tolded me when i got back

Great room, comfortable bed, quiet, made our three night stay relaxing.

I went on vacation to visit family and ended up getting the flu. I got a room for a couple of days to quarantine myself, but was very disappointed in the Hotel. All I wanted was a nice quiet room so I could get some rest. First off, the whole floor smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke and the smell entered my room. I called and complained and was told they would investigate, but I was not offered a new room. I would have insisted but I was too sick so I ended up spending the whole 2 days smelling the smoke. The next complaint was the Hotel staff. On the first day the maids began cleaning the rooms on my floor around 4 pm, when I was trying to rest, and they were the loudest maids I have ever heard. They left the security bar on the doors open, so they wouldn't shut, and all I heard for 3 hours were doors slamming over and over again. At first I thought it was kids messing around but realized it was the maids constantly slamming the doors. The last complaint I have were about the beds. It was so hard to sleep more than and hour at a time because my back was in so much pain. I haven't felt back pain like that in years. So, my advice would be if you want a nice, quiet, non-smoking room to get some rest, look elsewhere because it's not worth the money.

The staff was friendly, the hotel and our room was very clean. The only negative aspect was the breakfast offered on our second day there, not much selection and undercooked eggs.

Breakfast is a little bit on the lame side, but nonetheless, it was a nice place.

I was very pleased on how easy the check-in was and the staff was very friendly

I booked a king room for both ends of an international vacation. On arrival, I was greeted and welcomed in a friendly manner. The woman at the desk was very pleasant and was able to answer my questions, and was able to provide me with information on restaurants that would deliver. Even though the hotel was in the midst of a remodel project, it provided me with the quiet respite I was looking for. The lobby was clean & comfortable, the breakfast area was bright & clean. Breakfast was just what I needed. Overall it was a great stay.

Great location and close to airport and restaurants

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The door lock to our room was very hard to unlock. The tub drain was filled with hair so when the shower was used, all the hair backed up into the tub. It was very gross. The elevator also quit working. Overall we enjoyed our stay and slept well.

It's a fine place to stay for a quick overnight. It is in a busier area which was not exactly what I wanted.

This was a single night stay on the last leg of our family funeral trip. The room was not clean, there were items left behind from the previous tenant. There was less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom which was also not very clean (hair etc on floor). The only amenity was a single cup coffee pot and two coffee pods and condiment packs. On arrival the exterior of the hotel was pleasing as was the lobby area, We did not use the pool, but it was being used by many other guests there were ice machines and vending machines as well as guest laundry facility that we did not use. The shuttle only runs from 6am to 11pm which did not help with my 445 am boarding time at the airport. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly.

Good location, great breakfast, good pool/jacuzzi/gym, good eating places nearby. The hotel claims smoke free rooms. I was first given a room on 8th floor. It smelt tobacco everywhere (hallway and the room). There was an air purifier in the corridor unsuccessfully trying to improve air quality. When I was moved to 3rd floor, the experience was very good - no smell, nice room. Net net - avoid the 8th floor.

yeah it was fine. comfortable, clean. just the perfect average experience

great hotel near LA that I was familiar with. have stayed here before and will stay here again. Nice pool area and tub. Great complimentary breakfast. I couldn't figure out why everyone had a dog till someone told me they were the only hotel that accepted them around that area..
