Since when does housekeeping only come into your room every other day. I was told it was for cost savings, but since they are saving money, they should pass that savings on to us consumers.
There was hair in the shower and the hotel was out of body wash. The staff did give more towels and bar soap when asked.
I waited for more than 30 minutes for the person attending the counter return to their job
Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Lightbulb in bathroom did not work. There was a door alarm going off across the hall all night.
Photos are very outdated, rooms were dirty and run down, holes in the walls, dresser and cabinets were chipped and broken, mold in the bathroom, every towel, sheet, pillow was stained, walls are paper thin you can hear every conversation in other rooms, the hallways and outside the hotel, people are living there with their pets, breakfast was bread slices and boiled eggs. Only positive was the staff were all so nice.

This was not a good experience. Booked and paid in advance and was checking in at 10pm. Called around 9am to confirm my late check in. Showed up around 10pm and was told there was no room available. After much wasted time after a long journey I relocated to a different hotel and was able to get 3 hours of sleep before having to get up. Very unpleasant evening and will not stay here again

from the very beginning, they couldn't find my name in the system. the THREE keys didn't work . the bathroom light didn't work and wasn't fixed the entire week i was there, only the light around the mirror worked. I asked them right away to fix it. the sheets were never changed on the bed. towels were half folded and left on the bathroom sink. NO ONE was ever at the front desk, you had to wait a bit and there was a hand written sign that someone will be back in x amount of minutes. the breakfast was ok. the area isn't that great either. homeless people walk in for the free coffee and breakfast. staff did catch them and kick them out. I will not be staying at this or any la Quinta or this area every again.
Location was great! Breakfast was better than others. Bedsheet was scratchy. Almost everything does not work in their small gym. They’re hard to contact directly and by the time someone picked up, housekeeping had thrown away my YL ningxia red packets that we left in the fridge.
This was a great hotel for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also great. The area surrounding the hotel seemed to be pretty safe and there were a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.
