Staff was generally friendly and the property well-maintained. The included continental breakfast is very nice. Our room location was adjacent to the main lobby. Windows are well-insulated and street noise wasn't an issue, but you do here a bit of the activity and traffic from the lobby with this location. Still, overall a nice visit.

Noise comes from the street and from people lugging bags up and down stairs.

Nice hotel , little loud wouldn't stay in the same room by the lobby . Breakfast was nice and staff very friendly , not like the night crew . Was not feeling well went to the restrurant and stood at the patio window / bar . Nobody said hi or anything , ask to see a menu , asked if I could have it take out to go to my room said yes . I bussed the counter while waiting 2 plates , 4 glasses 1 bowl , bartender never asked if I wanted anything , he played with the bar stools , fixed 1 drink , talked with other staff , after 15 min of me standing there and asking for menu , take out etc he never asked for order , if I had a question , nothing was rather rude , but hey they lost out I wanted the seafood pasta 30 bucks plus tip

The hotel was beautiful beyond my expectations. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. A true delight to stay here!!!!

This hotel is super cute! The furnishings are a bit worn and outdated but the hotel is super clean and well kept up. The patio, rooftop deck and restaurant make up for this bit of outdatedness. I had the most delicious dinner ever with the entire patio to myself the night I arrived. If I would have stayed longer I would have totally worked outside and ate and drank all day. The chef and patio are amazing!

My stay was wonderful. Great location, nice and quiet. Staff was wonderful

Wonderful experience. Staff couldn't of been nicer. Place is quant and clean. Didn't have the opportunity to dine at the restaurant but food smelled incrediable. Plan on staying there in the future.

This is a great old hotel. Room is always clean and the beds are fantastically comfortable. They were having trouble with the printer so I couldn't print out my boarding pass. I informed them and they said they'd get right on it. Other than that..perfect.

This was an awesome hotel with excellent staff. It had the feel of a European hotel in Beverly Hills. The troubadour is across the street if you're into your rock history and this is at the intersection of Santa Monica, Doheny and Melrose Ave and it doesn't get better. Literally a 10 minute walk from where Sunset strip starts walking up Doheny. The hotel also has a great terrace with patio heaters and a fantastic Italian Restaurant. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit smaller ( which actually adds to the character of the hotel) but what it lacks in size it far makes up for in location , style and service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it too.

This place was so charming, and relaxing to me. Excellent staff, made my stay quiet fabulous. Will stay there again definitely.

Rooms are economy, but very nice. Just dont expect a massive room. Nicely remodelled.

I like this hotel, mainly because of its location. The staff is friendly and courteous, which is always a positive. The rooms are interesting. Not your typical layout for a hotel room. The one problem I had was the heater in the room did not heat the room as much as I would have liked it to. With that said, this was the second time I've stayed here and I'm sure I'll stay here again in the future because of it's location and overall value.

The staff is SPOT ON and the location is perfect...however, it's the tiniest hotel room ever! And although you will see pics posted of a pool, it's been filled in! NO POOL? In SoCal? Nope, no pool!

I was attending a show at the Troubadour and wanted to be able to walk. I could see the Troubadour from the hotel lobby! From the outside, the hotel looks very ordinary....but looks are deceiving. The décor is very eclectic, lovely touches everywhere. The outside courtyard was perfect for a couple of pre-show drinks. Beautiful. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was AMAZING! Goat cheese and spinach ravioli, a lovely wine list. I'm trying to think of another excuse to visit. (Hotel staff was friendly and helpful) Loved my stay.

The property provides the perfect combination of amenities and location. Always a winner.

My most recent stay at this property was the second time in three months. I appreciate the location, staff professionalism, and lack of all the excessive amenities which I never use. I'd recommend this property to anyone who seeks simplicity.

Our recent trip to Los Angeles combined business with pleasure. The Hotel Beverly Terrace's location at the border of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills enabled us to easily work during the day and relax during the evening.

Great location. Close drive to everything in Beverly Hills. Hotel has everything you need for a shirt stay. Comp breakfast great also. Overall great value in Beverly Hills $$.

Although everything was great for me solo, I could tell that it would be tough with more than 1 person in the room. i even discussed this with the desk as I inquired about size of other rooms and found our that there were 2 of the 39 that would meet my needs. Wonderful restaurant.

Since this was going to be my first trip to Beverly Hills I wanted to stay at a hotel that was pretty centrally located that I could get around. The Beverly Terrace Hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I thought I would give it a try. First let me say that the location is actually very centrally located for Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The hotel staff was very accommodating and very friendly and professional. They assisted me with a cab whenever I needed one. The room was very clean orderly and very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beverly Hills.

We regret that this was the experience you received from the restaurant staff. We have made many changes an we hope that you return to our lovely little hotel to experience all the changes. Please ask for an "inside room" and we'll know to place you in a quieter area. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
