The Staff is very welcoming making you feel at home from the moment of check in. Rooms are Spacious. Location is always Maintenanced. This is the Perfect Place to Stay for a little getaway. It's close to everything and most importantly it's safe.

I didn't experience any bed bugs as other reviews said . I had a pleasant stay and will be staying there again . (:

Musty smell. Too much foot traffic all night. Room faced the street away from freeway. So freeway noise was limited in 3 of the 4 rooms. 1 room had windows facing the freeway & was noisy all night.

The staff was great they answer all my questions. Then after i got to my room i received a call from the front desk and asked me if everything was ok with the room.

Okay, let me preface that my review and rating of this hotel are based on the hotel class and price point. I paid about $55 per night (inclusive of 15% Orbitz discount and tax) for 4 nights during the week (checked in Monday and out on Friday). I only slept there and was out of the hotel between 10 am to 10 pm every day, so I was not in need of any ammenities. Pros -Right off 5 fwy at 405 fwy interchange -118 fwy only a couple miles away -Next to a Chevron, Mobil, Denny's, and McDonald's -Great WIFI (even connecting to work VPN on laptop) and A/C (good temp control) -Friendly staff with no glass barrier at reception (funny enough, made it seem more safe) -Area felt relatively safe and I was traveling alone -Good parking situation and well lit -Coffee available at front desk in the morning Cons -Bad window insulation, so you can really hear the cars outside (and I had a room facing the street, not the freeway) -Only bar soap and a shampoo/conditioner combo in the bathroom (maybe you could have asked reception for more stuff, not sure) Overall, I would stay here again if I could get similar prices to what I paid. Comfortable and good option.

Woken up loud noises as they were evicting my neighbor. Why it had to happen at 3am I cannot imagine. Not very customer conscious.

Hotel was great service was great the room was very clean . we liked that is was close to gas stations and quick food service like McDonald's and denny's. We will stay here again for our next trip .

I stay in this hotel on a regular basis when I am in town. It is clean and well run.

Room was really clean when arrived. Would be better if they had a mini fridge. Bathroom sink was backed up a bit. But over all, was a great stay

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and there's always a security guard in the parking lot starting in the evening hours. Also, its right next to Denny's and McDonald's.

Very nice room, nice stuff.. WiFi needs work a little slow.. overall I had a great stay I will be back!

Property not becoming and the health status of the beds is reportable to a California State agency.....they should refund the money it was that bad. It is unimaginable how they can continue to operate this facility with such low qulaity control standards....needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never consider this property for future stays. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to rethink it.

Fast and soft beds. I only wish they had breakfast so it otherwise be perfect. It is next Denny's and McDonald's. Reasonably priced great place to stay.

The wifi is so bad as to be unusable. The heater in the room did not work but it is a reasonably priced hotel in the Sylmar area with nice views of the mountains and a Denny's next door.

Decent place to stay at a reasonable price, other than freeway noise on that side of the building.

My girlfriend and really like it because they have a security in parking lot, to check who goes in or out ,so no need to worrie about anyone break in you car

We do not have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, but we do offer the following: A clean room, friendly staff, and a nice environment. Fortunately, only one side of the hotel faces the freeway and we would be more than happy to accommodate you to a different side of the hotel for your next stay. nice motel with good freeway access

loud disturbances

Thank you for the review. We appreciate the feedback. I'm looking at my incident reports and I'm not seeing any 3AM evictions. We typically don't do that, but I'll definitely watch out for that.
