Stains on the carpet, lingering smell of mildew, AC didnt work too great, dust on vents, cigarette hole on the linen, stain on the towel, nailed shut dresser drawer and the list goes on. Front desk person apologized but couldnt move my room. I've stayed in Extended Stays in the past, never have I had this kind of experience. Very disappointed and displeased. It may not be the most modern but cleanliness is the bare minimum for me! Disgusted. I couldn't wait to check out.

Not happy room very small was looking for bigger space

The hotel smelled also lots of cats and dogs Going into my room two families walking the dog within the hallways cats by the windows in side the hotel rooms. I was waiting for the hotel clerk for 30 minutes. Overall it's what I needed at the time..

I had a great experience with ES...it felt like home away from home in my time of need. I'll definitely recommend this to any and all of my friends and co-workers. Thanks Extended Stay!

The room was really small. It was very disturbing when someone kept knocking on the door. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would NEVER stay there, I had to wait a while for the front desk no one was there, just from the fact that she was wearing a stained shirt tells you what hotel you are dealing with! the whole floor of room I was staying smelled like marijuana, scary people I would not recommend this place to anyone!! furniture way outdated

GOOD LOCATION IF YOURE GOING TO THE STUB HUB CENTER, ABOUT A MILE AWAY

We stayed there for 3 days, but were surprised that there was no room service. We have to take the towels to front desk to replace it. We have to throw our own thrash, which is ok. The carpets are bat. You feed gets dirty when you walk on bare feet. I have to wait over 30 minutes for the receptionist to get quarters for laundry. The breakfast is not good at all. It is very limited mostly coffee and packed bars. The positive part is there were gas stoves in the rooms, although we did not use it.

The hotel is nestled away in an unexpected area, affording a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while still being relatively close to the beach cities. The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly - very inviting and making guests feel valued. The room was pleasantly surprising - much better than the photos shown. The room layout was very accommodating - loved the kitchenette area - and the beds were comfortable.

Check in was a bit of a hassle being that the room we had booked wasnt showing up the hotel was swapping out beds which we were told we would have one. Very small room not as spacious . No utensils came with our room we had a kitchen with nothing to cook or eat on . Not very goid w/ restocking towels.

Our rep said this was a very clean nice location.

Needed a convenient place near work, this place worked out great. Quiet and comfortable. Only criticism is, coffee pot and dishes must requested, should already be in room. Great staff!

Dirty hotel, and unfriendly staff. I asked about non-smoking room, but I got smoking room. Staff suggested to find another one hotel if I don't like provided smoking room

Clean. Great location. Spent two nights. Serves purpose. Great value

It was clean and very affordable for what we needed.
