Stop locking the main door in morning.. people need to get in and out since there is a airport around the corner...24/7

This may be the dirtiest hotel I have been to in a decade. The hall carpets were from the sixties and had the stains to prove it. Front desk staff are rarely on duty as they are also required to assist the cleaning staff with the laundry. Hair dryer and coffee maker had to be "borrowed" from an unoccupied room by the cleaning lady who said was quitting to go work at Burger King. When we left there were two soiled vagrants in the lobby one who was experiencing the dry heaves. The only reason we or anyone in their right mind would use this place is because it accepts pets. This place is operated by someone who can't afford or does not know how to run a hotel.

The hall rugs look like they came out of a slaughter house. Hair dryers and in-room coffee makers had to be ordered from the front desk clerk who removed them from vacant rooms. This place is operated on the cheap and should be condemned.

The hotel had was not that clean the hallways were not lit well and had a musty bad odor to them I wound up not even staying there

Room had an odor. Bed springs so noisy it woke you up. Breakfast was a joke shrink wrapped gas station style food.

I would recommend this hotel with caveats. Better than the place where I stayed last time I was in town. Price seems a little high-but, that's CA. The bedding isn't updated. The room had some damage-just little things like cruddy paint, etc. No big deal to me.

Very close to the airport but no noise from the airplanes. I was there for a week for work and had no issues. Bed is a bit hard for me. The a/c was making a gurgling sound when I arrived but no maintenance personnel on duty Sunday night. Monday it was taken care of. No coffee pot in the room and I didn't think to ask if they had one since you have to ask for dishes. Tv should be mounted on the wal, it is bolted to the dresser so low you can't comfortably see it from the bed.

My water was cold, while taking a shower. Walking down the halls, smell like roach spray. When I went to talk to front desk, she was busy, plus I was delayed by traffic coming from Las Vegas, I had an appointment, @6 pm, check in at 5pm. I left at 7am to head back to vegas, informed front desk of the complaints, she didn't care of my stay. I would never refer no one to this place. Orbitz! When ask of hot meal, please inform the customer there's no hot meals at all.

Second time a the hotel. I have an Irish Wolfhound and we stay over Fathers day weekend for the Big Irish Fair. The hotel welcomed us with open arms. Great stay and Great Staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Will stay again.

Roaches...Smelled like cigarette smoke...in the hallway...

We enjoyed having the refrigerator and kitchen amenities, but the hotel itself didn't have any other amenities. Linens were poor quality. Bed was comfortable enough. It was OK for a couple nights.

Great convenient hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Recommended for a place to stay.

I love that the stay everything is in one I have a kitchen and everything I need in one place

Staff were very friendly and room was clean. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in long beach.

Kitchen is an advantage but breakfast is bad .. New policy of not keeping utensils in room is bad Hotel is good for stay but should be at lower price .. Price is not worth

Good place for going to the airport, great experience but no business center

Hotel was good. Staff explained that we had a smoking room because most online services reserve them without asking. Was able to change this time though.

Showed upon a Friday evening and was informed I was in a smoking room (which I definitely did not book) and there was no other availability. I had prepaid so I was stuck. The staff was unprofessional, the whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke, the bedding was stained and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Oh, and they don't do wake up calls. Spend a few extra bucks to stay at one of the other adjacent hotels if you need to stay by LGB. It's worth it.

It may have been my mistake to think that extended stay is a hotel but is actually a short term apartment studio and will need to provide everything for yourself. It had a kitchen and bathroom with most of the toiletries needed. The kitchen was being renovated or updated and would need to request any dishes or cups if needed. One of the sheets had a cigarette burn in it. I couldn't turn down the volume on the television below 8. Our neighbor literally watched TV on full blast all day and all night. I know that this isn't the hotels fault but it still made my stay unpleasant. The breakfast provided was grab and go which consisted of wrapped snacks and coffee was not provided in your room. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room itself looked nice. I only got this particular hotel for the refrigerator, which was broken. I reported it and it wasn't fixed until the night before I left. They ran out of toilet paper and said they wouldnt have a shipment ubtil the next day, but they had boxes of tissues... which also wasnt in my room. I found dirty tissue and popcorn under the bed and sink. The staff was polite and professional, at least. Its unlikely I will stay here again.
