Very small room, no desk, no chairs. No bath room counter space. Only one single elevator which is very slow.

Great location. Hotel is under renovation so I did not have high expectations. I’m sure this place is going to be fantastic after they’re done remodeling! The lobby and bar already looks great!

The hotel is old.......but clean.....and staffs are kind.

Nice hotel. Old furniture. Close to the Microsoft Center.

They only renovated the lobby. The room was old. All the outlets were falling apart. It was also quite loud.

Good location. Room smelled moldy. Dirty curtains with holes in them. Not worth the money. I've stayed at motels that were better.

staff is friendly and curious . the room was a little broke up

The lobby was nice, that’s about it. There were no ceilings in the hallways and the walls were gross. It’s more than a little construction and I think it’s unethical not to mention the hotel condition to customers when booking as we would’ve gone elsewhere. It seems the people staying there actually live in the hotel. The room was so small the door couldn’t even open completely. I would avoid this place.

Avoid this place at any cost. Book the hotel for one night and my room was dirty as hell. Noise from other rooms, Karaoke located just under the building, bugs are coming out from the washroom and bedroom, tile was broken. Please do not book this place.

Even lobby is under construction!! And rooms too small

Everything about this hotel was good, except for the bed. The bed was extreamly uncomfortable.

What can I say very poor The room very smelly The toilet got blocked No elevator had to go up to third floor Carpet very dirty

Didn't eve get the room we paid for not happy. And very dirty

No employee wears a uniform. Thin walls. There is never caffenieted coffee available. The rooms are Extremely small. The neighborhood surrounding is sketchy - mainly drunk mexicans, street peddlers, and homeless people. The "view", was a view of an elementary school.

Affordable, clean, convenient. The staff was very nice.

So I stayed for two nights here. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Found out that there was bed bugs on my second night. The rooms can use some intense sanitizing. In addition, if you're a decently big sized person, you'll feel hard moving around since the space between the bed and the tv by the wall is roughly like 1 foot.

Friendly, clean, safe, convenient, close to several small markets. Affordable compared to the other hotels in the area. A 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minute walk to train.

Cheap, old building, beddings, towels clearly old but clean. Safe area, never had issues. Very close to Wilshire Blvd and several bus routes.

Nice art deco hotel in ktown. Small rooms but comfy and clean. Safe location with a laundry mat right across and close to downtown.
