Nice stay will definitely stay again clean and quiet place

We were bitten by bedbugs. Found lots of bedbugs on the sheets! I am 56 and have travelled a lot, but this was my first encounter with bedbugs ever. I reported it to the front desk, and they indifferently gave us another room without any apology for our sufferings. I did not see any bugs in the second room but I discovered 3-4 bites on my hand next morning. Had to scrutinize all my belongings before leaving the room and afterwards. Fortunately, we were there for just 2 nights.

I stay here every time I'm in town. The pro's are the location is convenient. Ease with parking. Professional staff and the rooms are spacious and clean at a reasonable price. The beds are comfortable but the rooms are in dire need of updating definitely a throw back to the 90's. Had to hunt for outlets to plug in my electronics. The shower fixtures are still two separate handles and took a few minutes to balance the water temperature. WiFi seemed slow. Overall it's still a good bargain for the area.

Room was clean, fridge & micro were old but worked. If you just need a place to rest after a long day of sight seeing, this is a perfect location. The AC worked very well.

This is a older hotel. Nothing wrong with that. Its very well maintained and clean. The beds are comfy and the decor is okay. Major issue for some, wifi. wifi is extremely necessary for me to conduct business when I'm out of town. The wifi here is useless. Its slow and drops regularly. I won't be able to stay here again because of it. If you don't need wifi its a great little hotel.

Any time I am in the area, I stay here. Easy parking, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Hotel is clean but with the price it should be updated.

The restaurant manager was the highlight of our staff there. He was friendly, accommodating, and entertained us our whole meal. Great guy! The restaurant food was well priced and decent. Location was excellent for when you visit universal studios. Will stay here again.

*Not recommended for children, infants, elderly, asthmatics, those with emphysema or allergic to secondhand smoke. If you do smoke, you can save on cigarettes and just savor the stale smokey air. The Pros: Good sized room Clean sheets and reasonably comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked. Located by a pleasant neighborhood in Glendale. Large-sized mini fridge for food storage. Cons: Unpleasant odors abound (e.g. sulfur smell in bathroom) Phones didn't work in either room we were in (after being moved further away from a smoker) The staff didn't seem to take active corrective action to improve / repair the hotel (or to enforce the no smoking signs) Overall it felt like most of the hotel had not been updated since the 1980's. The continual 80's era music in the elevators helped complete the ambiance!

It was great. Pleasant, welcoming, helpful receptionist. Spacious, clean, quiet, well-lit, comfortable room with private balcony accessible through sliding door. I'd never stated at a Days Inn but somehow had an impression in my mind of a shabby, 3rd rate hotel. It was a great surprise to find such an outstanding facility. For me it was perfect, much preferable to a 5-star luxury hotel, and more comfortable.

The building looks great in the outside and the interior it's really old fashion ugly style rooms they need to upgrade rooms beds not enough parking spots not even for my handicap girlfriend very little parking space available the nightshift guy workers at the front desk not very nice with customers

Restaurant was definitely a plus. Good food, good prices. Location (near hwy) was convenient.

The shear size of the building made room accessability difficult. Add to this the fact that parking was difficult to find and required leaving the car in a distant parking lot. I required the use of WiFi for business use but at no time during my four day stay was I able to do so. Staff referred me to their IT department that was also unable to resolve the issue. I had to use the local cafe's WiFi and go to Starbucks to use my laptop. Very inconvenient.

No Iron and Iron board in the room. You must ask for it at the front desk.

Excelent hotel.... The only is the smoke smell ...................................

Booked this for a late arrival after flight trying to keep it cheap by staying out of the city. Halls smelled atrocious. Had to remove several stray hairs from bathroom vanity, floor and tub. Bathtub did not drain well and filled to past your ankles, and water was leaking out from behind the tub faucet. Drop ceiling tiles sagging and corroded vent in bathroom, room does not appear to have had attention since mid-90's. I'm guessing the rooms have been converted from apartments as the one wall had waist-high plugs and a large black oven/dryer plug in the center of the wall, makes it kindof hard to plug anything in. We were there for less than 12 hours so I notified the desk about the plumbing issue as I checked out. Only positive about the room is that, while it was terribly hot and took a couple hours to air out, it did smell ok in the room even though the hall smelled like burning garbage.

The Pros: hotel staff are warm and welcoming. Parking lot is great and easy to use. Location is also a plus. The Cons: the hotel looks dirty and smells really bad. You feel like staying in a discarded building.

What a great find this hotel is! It is right off the highway and easy to locate! Also, though the parking lot is small, they own a lighted parking lot across the street which had plenty of open spaces. The doors to the rooms are on the inside, which I always prefer, and the hotel is well-maintained. This hotel had the cheapest vending machine options I have EVER seen in a hotel, and even rivaled office building vending machines I have used--what a great bonus! Though the hotel does not offer breakfast, there is an amazing restaurant in the hotel with the cheapest food I have ever seen (hotel or otherwise)-delicious!!

Old hotel right at the edge of a terrible neighborhood. Look around, you can do better!

It was convened to government housing. Nor sure when. But. I was the only hotel person around
