Crowne Plaza Los Angeles - International Airport

The property was so close to LAX - loved it and there were places close by to eat if something wasn't available at the hotel, although they did have a lot of choices at the hotel. We just wanted to get outside. A roof top bar would be nice! :)

Great location if your staying the night to catch a flight out of LAX or if your coming in late. Hotel has a nice decent bar and lounge and sushi bar. Food can be a little overpriced for what you are getting, but then again it is a hotel and is to expected. Only complaint i had was that during my stay here this time only 2 elevators were working, kind of annoying especially when you are waiting for a good 5-10 minutes. I'll be staying here again later hopefully they fix this by then.

This is how rooms should be. Plenty of outlets that were easy to get to. Also, USB ports were available. Nice selection of toiletries. Very friendly staff. The price was very good as well.

Very friendly clean . We’ll stay again . Beds very comfy

U really didn’t like the expensive price for paying

The dining area and cocktail lounge were very modern service great The menu is quite limited except for appetizer type food however all the items we ordered were quite good dining bar and all food areas very clean and modern

The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. The only downfall is no microwave in the room. We had an extended stay so we hadn’t planned on always eating out. I feel like your forced to dine daily since they have restaurants in the hotel that are very expensive. I feel like this is the reason for the rooms not having a microwave.

No soap in the men's room of the restaurant despite walking in directly after it was serviced and cleaned. No coffee cups in the room. Coffee machine left with water sitting inside. Parking was outrageously expensive, $16/exit or $33/day. Breakfast was outrageously expensive $30/person. Food recommendations at the bar was not on point for a place that charges that much. I asked how big the burgers were, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 lb? Big is not an answer, that is a very subjective term. Beers were outrageously expensive, $8 for a domestic can? Construction on the building next door starts early in the AM so no peace and quiet in the mornings during my stay. I do not recommend staying here, I will not ever stay there again, and may not ever stay at another property operated by Crown's parent company. That's how dissatisfied I am.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds

Proximity to airport. Very noisy next time will stay a few blocks further Room and service perfect Beenadette at the front desk was so friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel.. friendly staff, a lot of convient stuff around.

Very nice and convenient location , exceptional customer service

We waited an hour for the shuttle, which never came, despite three calls to the hotel. The hotel did reimburse us for the taxi we finally had to take. But this is unacceptable.

Hotel staff were super, hotel convenient to airport, overall really good. My $28 buffet seemed a pretty stiff price was the ony thing I didn't particularly like.l

So close to the airport, great, quiet, clean hotel. I will always stay here when traveling through LAX

Front desk staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Room was fine. Price was fine. Bed and towels were good. What more could you want?

Enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Great location for an overnight stay before flying out.

Fast check in and service. The bathroom and toilet both were not clean.

Very convenient for LAX! Staff was very friendly and courteous.
