Stay if you want to get sick. Wife and daughter got pnuemonia may be due to bacterias in the AC filter. There were bugs i the room. On showing it to front desk. Rep said bugs are common and if I want to clean it or want him to clean it. Never ever stay in this hotel

The location was convenient for our purpose for being in the Los Angeles area. My GPS was a great help in getting around the LA freeways. This hotel is convenient to Shopping and accessing the freeway but when traffic gets heavy it can be challenging. Parking is first come first served which makes it a little inconvenient if you go out in the evening and come back later that night. The elevator was newly renovated and very well maintained for cleanliness.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and most importantly I. LA summer heat - had AC. We were there early before check in to get ready for a wedding and they accommodated our early checkin, no problem. I would stay here again and would recommend.

We stayed here when seeing Metallica at the rose bowl. It was an easy Uber ride to get to and from. Plenty of cute restaurants and bars close by.

I chose this hotel for the value with free parking, wifi, and breakfast. We were visiting Universal Studios and this was priced right with the amenities my family wanted. They gave us free wifi passwords for 2 devices but we needed one more and they gave it to us free of charge. The only issue we had, was when we were asleep at night, around 11pm, someone opened our locked door. My wife woke up and luckily the slide was in place. We called the front desk and they apologized and explained that a night auditor opened our door not knowing that it was occupied. My wife was disturbed by the incident and could not sleep. Because of this, I can not recommend this hotel.

Took me hours of research to finally pull the trigger & book a room. Haven't been to L.A. since i was a kid, so I wasn't too familiar with neighborhoods in general...ie safety, proximity to sites, etc. But this worked out perfect!!! Bout 10-20 mins to downtown depending on traffic....its not really near old town Pasadena tho..its more Eagle rock/Glendale border. But its not too congested & very safe. Parking is abundant....although if you get back to the room late....11 or after...you may have to stick your vehicle in a compact space near the pool....but its no big whoop. Walgreen's. Chipotle & Starbucks 2minute walk away....continental breakfast was very good. Only gripe is that the bathroom--tub/toilet was a little tight. I'm def stayin here again next year if i come back. Clean too!! Definitely worth the price--which was very reasonable i felt

JUST WHAT I NEEDED. IT WAS A GREAT LOCATION AFTER AN EVENT AT THE ROSE BOWL. STAFF MEMBER NAYELY WAS GREAT. CLEAN ROOM. INTERNET ONLY FOR 2 DEVICES... :(...BUT EVERYTHING ELSE GREAT!!! WILL COME BACK!!!

The hotel did the job, a comfy place to sleep, clean place and polite people, small pool for a leg-stretch. It's location is mis-advertised though, and it's actually in Eagle Rock. There is no continental breakfast as advertised, it's actually the cheapest cereal/donuts, and processed sausage and egg. the fruit was nice, but nothing continental about it.

Hotel had sufficient parking and easy access to the Rose Bowl. Good value.

Whatever, meh. So its a hotel. its cheap and you get what you paid for. I needed a place to stay and I got it.

Great Hotel! Thxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!

We stayed here for our tour of LA area colleges, including Occidental, UCLA and the Claremont Colleges. The central location right near Occidental and a few minutes from old town Pasadena is perfect. Our favorite feature is the EV charging station, which allowed us to charge our plug-in hybrid. The staff is helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. If my daughter chooses Occidental, I'll be staying here regularly.

Place way nice and clean and would come back here when I am in town. Price was reasonable for the room.

Comfort Inn was not bad. You eat breakfast in like a small cafeteria with a lot of people. The swimming pole deep end is 8ft. They didnt have the ch to watch the giants game which sucked but it was whatever cause' we lost.

Friendly staff and in a good area. Definitely choose if staying in LA

My daughter and I stayed here for one night after visiting a local college. The staff were really professional and friendly. The room was up-to-date and spotless. I didn't expect to be impressed. It's always good when a hotel owner pays attention to small details.

We arrived at the hotel late and the wifi was out of order so the staff could not take credit card information or officially check us in. BUT the person at the desk was very nice and used her own phone to do as much as she could to enable us to check in. The hotel staff was super nice and went out of their way to make our stay as easy as possible. Pros - The room was nice and clean. There was a fridge and coffee maker - which was more than the executive hotel where I stayed recently. There is breakfast. Cons - There is not enough parking, so you must get there early. Any noise from the parking lot can be heard at all hours. The breakfast is not great, but good enough to get you going.

This motel is in a lovely spot, just a few blocks from what's best about Eagle Rock. Very clean, including the pool and the hot tub. Very sweet, cooperative staff. Full breakfast. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Only complaint is that the furniture is pretty ugly - but that's a small quibble.

This hotel met our needs for a quiet, comfortable place to stay. The bed was very comfortable, not too hard nor too soft. The shower was great. It has been newly redecorated and very clean, with breakfast included. We will stay there again.

Ajay, We are very sorry to hear that you found bugs in your room and that your wife and daughter supposedly had developed pneumonia due to bacterias in the AC filter. However, we have looked into this problem, and we have found nothing that authenticates your claim. We would like to assure you that we have an ongoing maintenance program that regularly checks and cleans the filters in the air conditioning units. Furthermore, we worked tirelessly in providing you several options including a Free upgrade to a larger room. I am very sorry that we were unable to provide you a free night despite your several attempts. I am curious though as why my offer of refunding your money for the remainder of the stay was not accepted. Furthermore, why staying for several nights in a room under the conditions you described in your comments. Nonetheless, we wish you the best of luck on your next trip. Thanks
