Everything during our stay was simply great. From the contact with the host who was super helpful and responsive, to the location right around the corner of Abbott Kinney and a walk away from great coffee, food and shops. The house was super clean, cosy and even the small details like a batch of coffee cups, sugar and milk being present on arrival was just so welcoming. Important to note that also the floor heating / cooling system worked fast and good. We’ll definitely come back here next time!

I spent four enjoyable nights here with two other family members. We found the place to be very comfortable and spacious. We did not use the outdoor spaces. The location was excellent. It was never difficult to find parking on the street close to the front door. Leaving an exterior light on for newly arriving guests would be helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Amazing home in a quiet Venice neighborhood, just steps from the beach. Surrounded by fantastic dining, coffee spots, and shops. It was perfect for our family vacation. We spent 5 wonderful days here with our family and had an incredible time. We’d definitely recommend it to friends and can’t wait to come back in the future!

Relaxing Venice Getaway
My best mates and I had a fantastic time at this property. It was a charming neighborhood and the residence was situated perfectly between Marina del Rey and Abbot Kinney. Couldn't ask for a better location. As for the property, the rooms were comfortable and the house was clean and up to date. If there was one thing I'd let people know - if you have a big car (SUV) it's a tight maneuver into the parking area... but if you're a good driver, you'll manage fine. 10/10 recommend - I plan to stay here again!
