This hotel felt safe and happy which made my trip very enjoyable. Being so close to the Universal shuttle was great!

The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. The front bedroom area was ok. The shower was terrible. Very low water pressure and getting it to the right temperature took several minutes. Just a small shop for snacks. No hot food or room service. Close enough to walk to universal studios.

Comfortable bed and nice shower. The only negative that I could say was that the lightning in the room and bathroom were a little too dim for my liking. However, the staff were super nice and the bar area is a nice touch as I enjoyed a few cocktails there. I would certainly stay here again.

The location was very close to Universal Studios and a short walk to the shuttle for the park. The only downside was it is on a very busy street so there was a lot of noise from cars and the freeway at all times of the night. If your someone who needs quiet to sleep this may not be the hotel for you. Not knocking the hotel, just stating a fact However with that being said, it is extremely clean and very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was super friendly.

I like the parking garage. I felt that my car was safe and secure. The lobby/bar area is really modern. A fraction of the price to stay compared to other ‘name brand’ hotels

I liked the area because it has a lot of variety choices to go eat.

It was smelling in hallways rooms were ok bed was comfortable but for the price not happy

How close it was to universal studios and affordable

It’s a nice hotel but there were some issues with the room

Hotel is in good condition but the elevator was not functional when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived 1.5 hours after check in started. Close to universal studios and the rooms are spacious. Overall it was solid for the price we paid.

Good location uf your coming to universal studio and mid point to other areas.

Nice hotel but you could hear everything the people in the neighboring rooms were talking about. Some of the furniture was a old and torn up. Seemed pretty clean overall
