Nice hotel very close to Hollywood very comfortable and good environment

Hotel room was nice, could hear when a person walked shoved however rooms were extremely nice. It’s 8$ to park a night in hotel deck and one night the deck was full and the staff tried to say we had to park across the street on somebody side street that didn’t fly with me because I paid my money. Room was extremely nice no problems I would stay again.

I love the hotel I love the rooms I didn't love so much the night guy but it was okay another thing I still haven't received my deposit but overall the guy n deposit is the only down fall. room where excellent the beds where best for extremely confy .the rest of the staff was extra friendly it was a hole in the wall over all

Don’t let the outside of this hotel fool you. The inside and the rooms are immaculate and are very modern and cozy.

The hotel looks like it’s going through a remodel. The hotel room was beautiful. The location of the hotel was not the greatest nor was the lobby. But was the nicest hotel I could find near West Hollywood for a great price.

I enjoyed the aesthetic of my room at the avenue so much, if I ever return to LA I’d definitely stay there again.

I love this place. Close to train station. Very nice accommodations and comfortable bed. I stay here once or twice a month when I need a room.

We didn’t know the hotel was under construction when we booked it. The hammering began at 7am every morning we were there. The night clerk was friendly, but the day clerk was very rude and unfriendly. She had a big attitude problem and should not be working in a customer service environment. Also they offer breakfast, but you better be there early, because they will slam and lock the door in your face if it’s one minute past 9am. The coffee was terrible. The parking garage was open and unattended. There were a lot of sketchy people out on the corner all night long. The room was clean and comfortable, but I would not stay here again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

So disappointed in general feeling of not caring to keep hotel in shape and clean. Wood boards in bathroom rotting. Very small room for 4 adults to sleep. Loud water running next door.

Bloody curtain, then they tried to blame us because we had a completely different shade of red body paint that never got near the curtain/window area. Leaky bathroom! Weird stains, peeling walls, I'm 60% sure there was mold! Rusty nails, and the staff was rude and refused to give me more towels(to clean leaky bathroom). On the last day room service didn't even clean the room( extremely needed in the bathroom because of all the leaky tipes). Weirdest part is the wet leaky area was outside the bathroom door, so I'm assuming a pipe along the wall leading to the tub was leaked or broken. The hallway floor had a dent in it and I felt like I was going to get sucked down. Front desk person hardly knew a lick of english, communication was hard. i informed the manager and since it was my last day there she basically ignored me once she saw the red paint in the bathroom (again no where near the curtain). The experience was horrible and for $200 (plus parking!) a night I was expecting much better conditions and customer service. I think a motel 6 would have been better. DONT EVER GO HERE, especiallY FOR CON PPL WHO GO TO AX. I wish I could post more photos.

The hotel is not in a nice location. Also, the carpet is very dirty. It's gives you very negative vibes.

I booked hotel for my family trip (Me + wife & 5 yrs old daughter). Though the pictures looks good but as soon as you arrive there you realize that you have made a mistake. 1) Hotel is in a shady area. You won't feel walking out with you family. We stayed in the room through out the evening. 2) Carpet is in very bad shape. It looks very dirty. 3) They charge for parking as well.

Dirty carpet throughout, dirty bathroom, smelly, arguing people in the hallway. Went directly back to front desk to check out.

Seem to be a safe area; I liked the garage parking. It's $8/daily that was not mentioned in my reservation. They were under construction. Wallpaper was coming off in bathroom and rust around base of tub/shower; could replace the worn chairs but everything else was ok. Bed was clean and comfortable. May be a Korean/Chinese area; lots of colleges/schools around, lots of food businesses on Vermont street. I did have a disturbing call around midnight from the front desk and then someone knocking on my door right after. We figured it out (they thought they left something in the room); it was weird and scary for them to come around at midnight to inquire.

Because of low price, there were lota of people on breackfast time. But no chairs, no closet to hang cloths in a room.

This hotel was a disaster! Dirty, ugly, and uncomfortable but I guess I let the photos fool me! Never again

I didn't know that I would be woken up every morning to loud music and construction workers hammering and yelling at each other. There were tracks of debris, and paint along the stairs and to and from the elevator. The lobby was decent but all other pictures are enhanced versions of what you will get, from the room size and decor to the breakfast to the location. The one thing I did like was the comforter and the pillows, and there were enough pillows.

No frills (other than free breakfast and wifi), a clean, comfortable bed--just what you need on the road.

Doesn't look like pictures run down has to switch hotels as soon as I got there. Affordable if you are looking for something that will save you money. Otherwise look elsewhere. Wouldn't refund my money but it's ok. Definitely would do better research later. Quiet location kinda far from downtown area. That's the only problem I had
