Excellent , well kept hidden Gem with Excellent service and a Very safe feeling. As for me it was a home away from home where I could relax peaceful and quiet. I will refer others to this Facility any time they need some extraordinary Service.
Was here for business from Las Vegas... super clean room.... goodnight sleep ...nice big TV...lots of hot water ....good for the money $$. Just ok on location.. It's near a busy street.. lots of parking in the day time...parking lot got full at night . we will be back..
This hotel is right off the 405 freeway, at the intersection of the freeway off-ramp and a major cross street. The location is extremely noisy all night, the the room we stayed in was not very sound-proof. We were attending a funeral at the cemetery right on the other side of the freeway, so the hotel was very convenient for dealing with a death in the family. However, don't bother looking for breakfast at any restaurant on the cross street. While the bed was really quite uncomfortable, the room was clean. And while it appeared that money had been spent on maintenance, the quality of that maintenance was pretty shoddy. As in, holes had been kicked through the sheet-rock at the base of the wall in the closet, and baseboard trim had been installed over the damage -- that didn't conceal the damage. The bathroom looked freshly remodeled, but the toilet seat hadn't been tightened down securely. And I had to reposition the tub overflow cover to cover the overflow hole.
New decor and paint but I don't think they actually fixed anything the bed was terrible and they haven't cleaned the tables in days there was so much dust on them. They definitely need new people to clean they can't even dust of the tables
Stayed here for a night this past November for business. The set up it like a motel and the location was a bit shady. The room was spacious and clean, but I would recommend spending a bit more on another location nearby. It's near a busy street and you can hear it in your room. I was not a fan of the location and it was just an average hotel, nothing special. The parking was also cramped.
Great room, clean, quiet, and lots of space! Only disappointment was the breakfast, would have preferred a little more than just danish and coffee. Overall had a wonderful stay, friendly service! The beds were not horrible, I have slept in way worse, but I think the beds could use a slight upgrade but everyone has a different comfort level, and sadly they were not up to mine. Our room came equipped with a refrigerator and microwave as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, I was in town for an exam at CSUN and the hotel was SUPER easy to find, right off of the 405, and just a few miles away from the University. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Stayed two nights and was very pleased by the room and the front desk staff who were very nice and helpful. After tryinig and failing with expedia I as given a very reasonable rate by the desk staff for a king suite and felt like a king for two nights!
This place was very nice 2 stay at ... I go to la every week this is the first time I have stayed here and most definitely be coming back .... it's 25 mins away from where I have 2 be in la but most definitely worth the drive .... even nice for more then two people very spacious!!!
I have stayed at other Americas Best Value Inns and found them sparse. They are the place to stay for a convenient location, low price and clean room. This, however, was a much more attractive room. The staff was very accommodating. I had requested a handicapped accessible room and they made certain everything I required was in the room. It was well laid out. I even got a call in the morning reminding me, very courteously, of check out time. Their website did not list all of their "amenities," such as microwave, refrigerator, and hair dryer. The only thing one might expect that is not available is an in-room coffee maker. And the glaring omission: a closet. There is no place to hang clothes, unless you use the shower curtain rod. On the other hand, there is a nice chest of drawers, tables, easy chair and something you don't see often: a lap desk!
We attended a Christmas Eve party so we wanted to stay close to where we were going to sleep over night after the Christmas party, it was nice and safe but a little pricey for the amount of time we stayed in room,
