Amazing Private Suite with Private Entrance - 2 miles to beach

This comfortable, private suite is the perfect solution for your escape to Manhattan Beach/Hermosa Beach or Redondo Beach. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this spacious suite has its own private entrance and a dedicated full bathroom.

The home is located 2 miles from the beach. This prime location is easily accessible to Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach Pier. LAX is 7 miles or 14 minutes away.

This amazing, clean, suite is on the other side of the house with a lock on the door. The room has a queen bed, full dresser, a sitting area with 2 chairs, and a couch with a queen pull-out bed for an additional guest.

There is a walk-in closet with plenty of hangers and space for your clothes and travel items. Amenities in the room include a mini refrigerator with freezer, tower fan, WiFi, and a desk and monitor for those who need to catch up on work. We also provide beach chairs, towels and books for the ideal beach day.

Bathing towels, toiletries, and hair dryer are provided for your comfort and ease.

Guests have in-room TV with streaming services, and board and trivia games for unwinding after a day of touring.

Suite is perfect for female guests. Two guest are allowed. For an additional guest there will be a $50 per night charge.

Limited kitchen access for use of microwave, breakfast or sandwiches.

Street parking available.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
How to lock up: Press any icon on the key pad after closing the door.  This should lock the door. While in the suite, leave the lock straight up & down - the door will automatically lock when closed.
Trash Location: There are trash bins in front of the home on the right side of the house.  The blue bin is for recycling, the grey is for regular trash and the green is for compost.
Additional fees will be imposed if the room is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.

This is easily the worst property I have ever stayed in. The studio is essentially just a room with a strong chemical smell, while the rest of the house is unscented. To access the 'private bathroom,' you have to pass through an area that the host considers private, even though you have a right to transit to the bathroom (where my privacy was invaded) and the 'limited kitchen' area. In reality, this is a shared property, though it's advertised as a private one, and priced accordingly. I left shortly after the host refused to grant access to the common areas. The police was called at the scene.

Excellent stay!

Quiet and very safe neighborhood, clean place and responsive host. Street parking wasn’t an issue at all. Great cafe within walking distance. Would stay again!
