My stay was brief, but the ease of parking and convenient location was perfect for me. The staff at check in were courteous and helpful. Recommend this location.
The lady at the desk was being messy asking my friend did she call there looking for me when we both came in together.
This was the first time I’d ever stayed in a Red Roof Inn, and it will definitely be the last time. This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Whenever we got into the room there was tissue rolled up and stuffed into the peep hole, a lot of hair on the bathroom floor, some spit with toothpaste in the sink, a foreign gel like substance on the end table, spots on all of walls, debris on the carpet, stained linens, spots on the mirror, and a few more issues. I immediately went down to the front desk to complain and request another room, but they were completely booked. I would have left and gone somewhere else, but there weren’t any vacancies for over 30 miles and it was already 11:30 pm, and both of my small children were asleep. I ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of the comforter. After we woke up, my daughter and I both had little bite marks on us. I’m not entirely sure what type of bite marks, but there were several on both of us. I stopped by the front desk again and I asked for the manager and they told me that she wouldn’t be in until 3pm, so I asked for her card and the person stated that she she didn’t have one and that the manager would give me a call. Well, that was 4 days ago and the manager still hasn’t given me a call. I tried to call the hotel in Longview, TX and I’ve been unsuccessful at reaching the manager. I did pay for the hotel in advance through Orbitz, but they made me pay a $100 deposit whenever I got there bc it was done online
Property isn’t bad. Rooms are nice as well. A thicker comforter would be nice but the others aren’t bad.
The jacuzzi tub didn't work and the hot tub outside didn't work either. The staff told me that they knew it didn't work that's why price was cheaper I refused the room got refund. The manager did offer another date said gaureeted working jacuzzi
Firstly, I was comfortable and it was a quiet enviroonment. I was told by staff that this property used to be a Choice Hotel brand. I can see that this was once a really nice place, but not sure if it will continue. Issues such as peeling toilet seat with a brown stain, worn towels, and broken tub spout are hints. I was disturbed by the vacuuming above me. The cleaning crew tapped loudly on my door before my check-out time. She proceeded down the hall tapping loudly on others doors and opening one. She was stopped by the man inside and then she apologized to him.
Very quiet and comfortable!!! Would stay there again if in the area.
We were originally only going to stay one night, but then I decided to stay a second. They gave me a great same room for the second night too (we checked out from the first) The only two negatives I can say are that the breakfast was not tasty or appealing upon closer inspection. Things didn’t taste right either. And on the first night, there were hairs (not ours) on the tub. The rooms were comfortable, and so were the beds! I slept very well. Plenty of towels for us. The shampoo/conditioner, soap, and lotions also smelled good. Very worth the price I paid, even without eating the breakfast.
Check in was not pleasant. Office staff not equipped to handle issues/read your reservation properly. Mgr in the morning was great though!
Stayed overnight during a road trip. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Clean, comfortable beds and staff was friendly. Would recommend to others looking for a good night's sleep.
Very comfortable, clean, properly decorated Hotel just off of I-20. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to spend the night.
Reserved room with jetted tub and king size bed. Got room with no jetted tub. Was given room with jetted tub and double queen beds. Room was spacious and clean. Thought there was issue with AC that would only come on for 30 sec intervals. Informed front desk. He came up and confirmed the issue and offered another room. He had the forethought to check the other room and said the AC did the same. We reconciled that it must have been due to the outside temp (we like our room on the colder side). It was not uncomfortable, just not as cold as we wanted. Front desk attendant was more than accommodating, and helpful. Regardless, we've stayed in smaller local rooms costing as much that weren't as nice. Minor issues, but no deal breakers.

We stayed for one night for the great Texas baloon race. The hotel staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable and at a great price! Breakfast was your average pastries and cereal, but had waffles, eggs, and sausage patties as well. Will definitely stay again!
