Hyatt Regency Long Island at Wind Watch Golf Club

This was a very nice hotel. It's near a very cute town that I wish we knew about earlier in our stay. We ordered room service because we didn't realize how close Long Island is to this hotel. There is a cute area with several restaurants and bars. Room service food was not so hot here, so I'd encourage you to go out to eat!

I have been at many Hyatt’s around the country and this one was not like any other, I do not even know how it even is a Hyatt. One of our beds was broken/tilted. We didn’t hesitate to go back downstairs after checking in around midnight since we were all so tired. When we brought it to the front desks attention at check out all that was said was “I apologize for that.” You can tell they need some minor touch ups and their breakfast was not worth it’s price. Not really a welcoming hotel as well.

The hotel is very nice and so is the staff. The elevators are a bit old but otherwise a very nice hotel.

We stayed here when visiting family and friends. The place was hopping, to my surprise. We had to cut our stay short because my son needed stitches, so we didn't take full advantage of the amenities, but the staff was accommodating of our needing to leave a day early.

Beautiful hotel. But it didn't meet expectations in a couple of fairly important areas. Also, there were surprising signs of unaddressed wear. Carpet worn down to the threads on the lobby stairs. Wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom of my hotel room. Of most concern was the time it took for the water to heat up. I was seriously beginning to think I was going to have to take a cold shower the first day. Also, the lighting in the bathroom by the mirror was so poor I used the flashlight on my smartphone to shave by.

Very nice trendy and clean! Would definitely stay there again! Easy location to get to, beautiful area!

everyone should get free breakfast every morning.

2nd time staying in this hotel and experience was better than the first time .

The hotel is great and enjoy my stay here . There was one little problem the heat turning on was very loud and woke me in the night everything like it turned on .

Overall clean room. Nice people. Food is okay could be a little better for the price.

Accommodating staff and service. Dining room was open on Thanksgiving. Buffet was fresh.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable .

Very clean. A nice place to stay! Room was well appointed with many conveniences.

Very courteous, helpful staff from front desk to restaurant. Excellent food( breakfast) and wonderful room where it's served. Very close to 495 but tucked away in a quiet, well landscaped setting.

It was ordinary nothing special; the staff was very friendly

It was ok. The breakfast buffet could be improved. Better food that is hot and cooks that know how to cook.

it was nice but the only thing that was wrong was I wanted a smoking room and got a non smoking, it was a very long walk out side. If all the rooms are non smoking then they shouldn't ask which one you want plus it was suppose to have a balancy. The breakfast buffet was bad, the food was all cold and not worth the $17.00

The location was not too far from where our event was taking place in the area. Quite location and great staff. Good value too! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. Thanks...you did it again!

The hotel was great! There were a few events going on while we were there (dance completion and I think a wedding) but its a big hotel we we weren't bothered by the big groups. Room service was delicious! Very relaxing weekend for my anniversary and valentines day :)
