Great location! Walk to beach and town
Great location. One block away from beach and one / two blocks from center circle with resturants and shopping. Older building but well maintained. We did not get to use the pool. The water was too cold not surprising for mid September.
Location was great, walking distance to beach, to the restaurants. Also had a very nice courtyard, and a pool. The price was also the only reasonable price in the area. The staff was also very nice. However, the room had some issues. The walls were paper thin, you can here everything going on in both rooms next to mine. One night, tv was so loud in the room next door, couldn't get to sleep at all. Other night, some people came back around 1am and was able to hear everywhere word they were saying. The bathroom had issues. The toilet was leaking, pudding . We notified hotel staff, however no action was taken. We had to use hotel towels to mop and keep the leak controlled. The bathroom desperately needed some anti mold solution, there was mold growing around the door frame, a simple bleaching and scrubbing would have worked here.
Clean , spacious room with two very firm queen size beds..

We did go in to fix the bathroom during your stay, but we were unable to fix the problem right away as we needed to order some parts. We should have communicated this to you better - we are so sorry! We hope that you were able to enjoy other aspects of your time here in Montauk, and hopefully you will allow us to make it up to you with another stay in the future. Be well!
