I think the hotel is good . But the location is near the rail, so it is a little noisy at night.
Nice overall. A couple of things weren’t right and they fixed them promptly.
I'm going to start by saying that this is supposedly a non smoking hotel and i couldn't sleep with the smell of cigarettes. When i reported all they said was that there was no other room available. The tv was not working.
Very easy and quick valet parking!! We appreciated the ease of their valet parking because I've stayed in 2 other hotels in the immediate area that had no parking and finding a place for your car (or even a place to unload your suitcase) was a 45 minute nightmare.Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice hotel, easy access and easy to get to Manhattan and other parts of NYC
After a long day at work was real tired from working long hours at work and need a place to get a to get a good couple hours sleep did a quick search for a place that was reasonable and comfortable to stay and Park my car the staff was great and helpful and the room was extremely comfortable and warm had the best night sleep
Very friendly staff, nice rooms, amenities. Next yo a construction site at the moment but convenient to several subway atops
Pretty decent hotel very well located near the subways. Had no problems - we were mostly out in NYC and this served as a great crash pad. Breakfast was so-so and we ended up eating outside the rest of our stay.
