Property is horrible. The floors were dirty, door jam on bathroom was ripped out, no hot water for shower. Should I go on?

Our room smelled like marijuana even though it was a non smoking room. We couldn't communicate with the guy checking us in because he didn't speak English and barely understood it. The beds were very uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well.
