I absolutely love the Hilton hotels.. they have big rooms with comfortable beds and pillows and I love the fact that they have a balcony ..

The room was clean but smells bad also found a snail in the bed and yellow stains, i call the front desk they told me they was coming nobody show all overall very disappointed 😞

we were only there for a short time but we did get to use the pool area which was nice, clean and plenty of room. the only thing was i didnt feel like i got clear answers about early check in or late check out times. everything worked out okay though

Relaxing and convenient

Rooms were good size and beds comfortable. Main issue is they don’t clean rooms or replace towels. Requested fresh towels three times and got them once hung outside our door. Asked for bathroom to be cleaned and bed sheets changed twice and they didn’t clean or change once in a six night stay. Doubt I would stay here again given the lack of service or cleanliness.

Outside parking was super full so we parked in the back but the back parking didn't have enough lighting, was pretty dark to walk at night from car to the entrance.

Love it!

It was absolutely freezing everywhere in this hotel except for shared bathrooms and the saloon which we hung out in for awhile while waiting for dinner. The pool area was ruined by guests who filled the hot tub with dish soap bubbles. The next morning we thought it would be cleaned up but it was worse. The guests didn’t clean up their trash and neither did the staff. So there were ants all over some leftover food, emoty beer cans and juice boxes all over.

I did not like that there is an empty fridge in the room there is not even water there and we bought beers and put them in the fridge and they got frozen.

The heating/air conditioning unit in the room were so loud, I actually got up to look out the window to see if there was an 18 wheeler idling outside our room. It made sleeping difficult. The beds were so comfortable and everything else was fine but in the end, getting a good night's sleep is sorta the goal, isn't it?

Quite, and convenient. Other than that I was not very pleased with the property. Booked an overnight stay for my kids just to use the pool and have something different on a rainy weekend, but unfortunately the pool area didn’t meet my expectations. Needs more maintenance, the room was ok, I mean nothing exciting other than just a regular room. Having stay at so many other facilities this one did not meet expectations.
