hi, got delayed enroute and didn't arrive till 23.45 with three kids. Luckily got the last parking space and proceeded to reception where we were greeted by two gentlemen who couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.directed us to our room which was large enough for the four of us, not particularly modern or impressive but clean, functional and very's not the Hilton but doesn't pretend to be. Continental breakfast which could be upgraded to full english for £4.Again the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving the kids hotel business cards in case the got seperated during the game and advising them to ask a policeman to escort them back to the hotel which is less than a five minute walk from the stadium.I've definitely stayed in more luxurious establishments but it was ideal for the outing and was surprised and delighted with the service and attention we recieved

We were traveling as a group of 14 with 10 teenagers, and or stay was comfy, safe and very easily accessible. Free parking was a massive bonus as we were attending an event at the SSE area - less than 5 minutes walk away. Easy check in and check out, and nice continental breakfast included in room price if book direct. Occasional fire alarm going off randomly - from guests not closing bathroom door whilst showering!!

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for one night on the 5th of October. Paid £106 for our stay. Very disappointed... Hotel is very dated and dirty. We had to remove four spider webs from the room ceiling. Staff at the reception are rude except of one young lady ( sorry don't know her name) and breakfast (full English that cost around £9 pp ) was disgusting. Bar was closed after 10pm as no licence holder on the property so couldn't even have a drink after football match at Wembley Stadium. Absolute disaster. Never again.

After reading some of the TripAdvisor reviews of this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised when we stayed here recently. The hotel is clean and all of the staff we spoke to were pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfortable with what are now standard features - kettle, iron and ironing board, safe and a small, wall mounted flat screen TV - and the bathroom was clean and modern. Perhaps the brown furnishings were in need of replacement but they were functional, as was the heating/ac system. In fact this is very much the nature of the hotel - it is functional rather than lavish, meeting the needs, I suspect, of the many short stay visitors to the Wembley stadium and arena. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of both as well as the London Designer Outlet shopping centre. Residents can obtain a voucher from reception that provides discounts at many of the shops in the designer outlet and can book discounted tours of the Wembley stadium. Given its location, the hotel is likely to be particularly busy when there are events on at the stadium and arena. The hotel has a sports bar with Sky Sports and a sizeable dining room offering value for money set meals as well as an a la carte menu. A complimentary Continental breakfast is included in the price if the booking is made online but a full English breakfast can be ordered, for which there is a charge. There is ample car parking space but this is available only on a first come first served basis.

Staff in the main were very good especially during breakfast service and the room was basic but spacious although the TV was tiny so watching it from the bed meant it would have been better to use a mobile phone. Request made by phone to the front desk to have the mouldy bedding changed and the room safe unlocked were ignored. Very disappointed.

I only paid for room only, the room was spacious and easy links for wembley park underground & Wembley stadium station. In walking distance, ane with buses more or less adjacent to the hotel. The staff were friendly too. Will visit again

We stayed here on the 30th September for an event at Wembley , staff friendly, room was spacious. However the bed was very uncomfortable and we were rudely awoken by the fire alarm going off on Sunday morning!! After our very rude wake up call we went to breakfast and had an English Breakfast included in the cost of our room which was over cooked and not very pleasant. Don’t think we’ll be staying here again.

Stayed here for two nights.check in seem less. Room clean and very large , bathroom functional with good powerful shower.only criticism was the tv .Only 8 channels and the size of a cornflakes box. Bar ok and reasonable prices for London with friendly bar staff. Didn't eat at the restaurant but the food I saw looked plentiful and well presented. Good hotel for working away

I had a double double room booked and is a large size the only thing with the room is the TV is so small and not many channels, also the tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked and loose. They need to put a longer length of string on the mirror light in the bathroom. The free wifi is very slow and you cannot stream BBC Iplayer and it takes ages to load a web sign. We had under the booking free full breakfast it was Ok but not fried eggs were on offer also could be warmer. The good thing about the hotel is the location tp Wembley stadium and the SSE Arena also free parking. The underground is a short walk away. It is a budget hotel but not the price only thing is you gain the location

hotel is good clean and friendly staff but beware of the parking situation. first come first served no problem but i telephoned twice to enquire about leaving vehicle on car park after checking out. to be told no problem just an extra fee or a higher fee if an event day. on the day refused after explaning and showing duty manager a sign on the desk that said the same but all to no avail. left trying to find parking on an event day when parking spaces are already prebooked. THANKS FOR NOTHING
