Tucked behind the Euston Station, between a park and a tall wall, the hotel is quiet but it takes just minutes to get to the bustle of the area. It's just a few blocks to the fantastically revitalizing Kings Cross/St Pancras area or Camden Market. For runners, Regents Park is reached easily. My room was oddly shaped, but made the most of the space and so felt quite big. I didn't use the restaurant or other amenities of the hotel, but it's a great place to get some good sleep!

The hotel was ideally situated, right beside the Euston tube and train stations and a short walk to St. Pancras. The neighbourhood was also a welcome surprise--very close to nearly everything I wanted to see in London. The staff were multinational, and that was also a great introduction to multicultural, vibrant London. Many thanks!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and the bathroom were moldy and doors wasn't easy to close and open. The rooms are tiny and not much space to move around. The hotel needs a major update. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Euston Underground Station which was great. Really like the fact luggage storage max for 5 days at no cost. I won't categorized as 4 stars hotel due to the cleanliness (moldy bathroom) of the room, broken items in the room, cost of the hotel is very expensive. I did stayed at the hotel 3 times flying back to London to the convenience of the location and luggage storage.

This hotel is great in location and price and service. I love it.

Friendly staff an convenient location. Situated just a few minutes walk from Euston Station/Underground. Provided everything we needed. Only downside was there are 2 lifts servicing all floors we found most people living on the lower floors just used the stairs.

I was on vacation for five days in London. The room was very American: A/C, free WiFi, and a generously sized bathroom. I did not know the area well so I booked a couple of nights at a place closer to the British Museum, as well, for the back half of my trip. I regretted that decision when the time came. I would have been more than happy to have stayed. The location was incredibly convenient to the underground.

Great Hotel in an awesome location. Rooms are clean but lacks Wifi. Close to Tube, Regents park and St Pancras Perfect for overnight or 2 night stay

I wanted a central location (tube, good restaurants, etc.) with close access to Eurostar and I got exactly what I wanted. Was bargained up to a park view larger room on arrival, but held out until they threw in several bottles of sparkling wine. weather was dreary but I saw everything on my plan and then some - used the tube for about 80

Just a quick walk to the tube and you can see all of London!! Food is amazing try the chunky chips for sure. Friendly staff and not so bad little bar for drinks. A good value for what you get. Rooms are small but that's to be expected.

nice hotel good central location for sightseeing - if you are looking for resort amenities (pool, spa, fun bar or restaurant experience) look elsewhere but it was great as a base of operations. Took up the onsite offer of an upgrade for 30 pounds per room per night - bigger room park view was great.

Great location if you are coming in on the Chunnel from Paris. It is right near by the Kings Cross Terminal. Tube from there goes anywhere in London.

The staff was very helpful. it's rare to find a place that is so willing and able to help travelers.

best part of this hotel is its location - right across the street from the subway and many restaurants in the area.

Good nice stay! Nice location in the city and easy to get around from…super nice staff!

Super small rooms. Barely any room to move for 2 people. Good location.

From check in to check out, everything was quite efficient and fast. They even offered an upgrade to another room for a mere 20 pounds. There was a small hiccup with the bill but the staff and manager on duty was quick to sort it out and they were superb, friendly and very professional about it. Great service and amenities and very central. I will stay here when i do travel to London again.

The location couldn't be more convenient -- close to several Tube stations servicing multiple lines, as well as railways. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but that's expected in a city like London; very clean and comfortable. I had a ground floor room but despite the train station near by and whatever street traffic there was, the room was quiet. The free wi-fi was fast. I would gladly stay here again. The only thing that could improve the experience would be more tv channels!

Would be nice to have tea kettle in room, otherwise excellent. Saved a lot of taxi fare, 1 block from station. 100% on cleanliness, very comfortable beds, staff. Value was OK for central London, no hotel is affordable when using US$ in UK

Very clean, very correct, very attentive (not over-attentive) staff.
