While this claims to be an upscale property, beware. During our stay in August we were victims of a robbery at the hotel. The security is lagging and they let in an older lady into the property that wandered around and managed to steal several items from various rooms. Police report was filed and letter from the manager was given to be with all the information of the robbery, I even saw a picture from the security cameras with this lady walking out with my $1500 purse. Four months later, since waiting for an update on the reimbursement of goods stolen from me. GM has been replying to my emails asking for updates, but has recently stopped, probably because there are no updates and lead on with false hope.

Room was cozy...comfortable bed...beautiful older property staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with grest location easy travel options close by and plenty off nice pubs within walking distance... overall very good experience

This is my new go-to hotel in London. The hotel staff was incredibly welcome and helpful, the room was very comfortable and quite sound-proof (not always a given anywhere!), and nicely convenient to Paddington. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The hotel is well located. Paddington is nearby. A good choice for the business traveler who uses the Heathrow Express service (which is by itself very good). The room I got was too small. So was the bed. The view is the neighboring buildings rooftops. Not so nice. I had breakfast which was excellent. I prefer quality over quantity and this is what you get. The Hyde-bar is small and gauzy. Kensington Gardens are very close and a must to do.

Excellent choice! Amazing location, walking distance to Paddington station/Heathrow express, this charming hotel is perfect for any stay in London. The staff are wonderful, the restaurant/bar serves fantastic food and stylish drinks in a warm and friendly setting, the hotel rooms are quaint and filled with excellent details that really make you feel welcome.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is a short walk from Paddington Station - convenient if you're using Heathrow Express and don't need to be in central London. An Underground station (Paddington) is a few minute walk from the hotel. Very good breakfast. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was located in the basement which in itself is not bad. My issue was noise from the build plumbing, elevator and guests in the upper floors was distracting. But overall it was a fine experience. If I were to stay there again I was would ask for a quieter room. We were there two nights; any longer and I would have asked if another room was available at the same price.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The location was great. A short walk to Paddington train and underground stations, as well as Lancaster underground. You can walk to Hyde park, Kensington and Buckingham palace.

My family stayed here for 6 nights and had a splendid time. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive to our needs. One gentleman even found a small umbrella for our daughter to use on a rainy day! They really bent over backwards to see to our comfort. When we arrived there was a fresh fruit platter waiting for us, and each night we came back to find complementary cookies and bottled water. We were also happy to have the in-room coffee maker to help us get over jet lag. The first few days of our stay the weather was unusually hot. We were grateful for the air conditioning. We also appreciated how spacious the room was. The separate sitting area was the perfect location for our daughter's roll-away bed. The location, just a couple blocks from Paddington Station and close to several other tube lines and bus stops, made it ideal for getting around the city. The area was quiet, as well, and had a more residential feel.

I stayed at Roseate House London on two separate occasions in July 2018, and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, while the rooms provided everything necessary for myself and children. The hotel is ideally located -- close to Paddington and Hyde Park - while the hotel restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. We'll definitely be back in the future!

From check in to check out, our experience was fantastic. The gentlemen at the front desk warmly welcomed us at midnight, after a long and delayed flight. We got a surprise upgrade to a suite which was beautiful and very relaxing. Exactly what we needed. The hand written welcome note with cookies and a fruit plate was icing on the cake. Can’t recommend this hotel more. Excellent location and hospitality. We will stay again!

Wife and I stayed here during our first trip to London. Best hotel service we have ever had and will be back again! Short walk/uber to anywhere in London.

Hotel is conveniently located to Paddington Station and restaurants. Staff was quite welcoming. Room was cramped, not well heated, and very creaky. Hotel provided a cot (American meaning) rather than the the crib (British cot) requested.

One of few hotels in the Paddington area with a king size bed. 5 minute walk to Paddington train station. Clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff and great location. Only gripe is that shower tub does not have a full glass wall to keep water inside tub only a half of a wall. Overall a great choice while staying in London.

This is our second stay at the Royal Park and we love it so! It's cozy and comfortable and the staff is amazing!! Close to Paddington station and the tube makes sightseeing easy breezy!

Nice Hotel with charm. The WIfi didn´t worked at all. The rooms are nice, but already a bit worn. I would stay the again.

This hotel is truly charming. The rooms are small, but very comfortable, the staff is very attentive. It's close to two tube stations just off Hyde Park in a lovely neighborhood. The only drawback is we could never get WiFi to work. They said it was free, but we had no luck with laptops or smartphones. The desk couldn't help.

Overall the Royal Park Hotel was a great place to stay. There were some minor issue such as the A/C not working to well. I have heard this is common with many UK hotels. It wasn’t too much of an issue for this time of year as the outside temp was in the low 60’s. As with most European hotels the room was small but comfortable. If you have the option, book with breakfast included. Breakfast for two people can exceed $50 US for what would normally be $18 in the US. The hotel is close to two subways and a train station which will help you to navigate all over London and the UK. I would highly recommend this hotel.
