Overall 4 out of 5 stars. Apartment was clean and pics on line were good representation. Neighborhood very sketchy and just dirty with lots of trash everywhere. Cable connection for the TV very poor and limited. No wash clothes in bathrooms. But most other amenities that are needed were available. Beware on the 4 th floor with no working elevator.
